The development came after the FBI announced that it had disrupted a suspected plot targeting the high-profile gathering, which was organised on the South Lawn of the White House as part of celebrations marking the 250th anniversary of US independence. President Donald Trump attended the event.&nbsp;FBI Director Kash Patel said authorities became aware of the threat several days before the event and launched a multi-state operation that resulted in the arrest of multiple suspects.&nbsp;"On June 10, FBI and our law enforcement partners became aware of a potential threat to the UFC America 250 event in Washington, D.C. involving individuals outside of the National Capital Region, and thanks to the rapid action of this FBI, our partners, and the Department of Justice in a multi-state operation, multiple individuals are now in custody and allegedly planned attacks were stopped cold," Patel wrote on US social media platform X.&nbsp;The accused were identified as Tycen C Proper, 19, of Ohio; Bryan Omar Roa, 24, of California; Michael Alan Thomas, 32, of California; Daniel K Eskridge, 32, of Missouri; and Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez, 31, of Nebraska.<h2>Investigators allege the plan involved drones and a sniper team</h2>According to court documents, investigators believe the suspects planned to use drones to create panic among attendees and force crowds to move in a particular direction.Prosecutors alleged that the fleeing crowd would then have been targeted by a sniper team. Authorities further claimed a second group of attackers intended to breach the White House gate as part of the operation.&nbsp;Group members stated that they wanted "to protect the United States, which they believed was headed in the wrong direction", an FBI document said.&nbsp;Also Read: <a href="https://www.wionews.com/world/carney-invites-pm-modi-to-ottawa-india-and-canada-launch-security-information-pact-talks-at-g7-1781642050037">Carney invites PM Modi to Ottawa, India and Canada launch security information pact talks at G7</a>&nbsp;The alleged plot came to light through Tycen Proper after his mother contacted local authorities on June 10. She reportedly raised concerns about his recent firearms purchases and online communications with a group that described itself as being made up of former military members and Christian-based participants.&nbsp;Prosecutors said the group allegedly discussed launching a revolution by targeting what it described as high-value individuals, including politicians and wealthy people attending the UFC event.&nbsp;Court filings stated that members of the group discussed issues including government corruption, the handling of the Epstein files, data centres and other government-related grievances.&nbsp;If convicted of conspiracy to murder, each of the five suspects faces a maximum sentence of life imprisonment and a fine of up to $250,000. Proper also faces three additional charges, including conspiracy to commit violence on White House grounds, which carries a maximum prison sentence of five years.&nbsp;A preliminary hearing in the case has been scheduled for June 2

The Trump administration has ignited a firestorm of controversy with the launch of "Aliens.gov." Designed with a mysterious, sci-fi aesthetic—complete with scrolling text reminiscent of blockbuster space sagas and a "They walk among us" banner—the site initially led many to believe it was a portal for UFO and extraterrestrial disclosure.

White House Launches Aliens.gov: The Truth Behind Trump’s Sci-Fi ICE Tracking Site

The Trump White House has launched a new immigration tracker website with a striking UFO-style theme, drawing attention online for its unusual presentation and messaging. The platform is designed to track immigration-related data and enforcement updates, but critics and supporters alike are debating the political symbolism and tone behind the rollout.

Trump Administration’s 'aliens.gov' Sparks Debate as ICE Detention Deaths Rise

The White House has launched a new immigration enforcement website with a striking message: the ‘aliens’ Americans should worry about are not from outer space, but already living among them. The Trump administration unveiled Aliens.gov on Thursday (May 28), a space-themed platform that blends UFO-style disclosure language with real-time immigration enforcement data. “They walk among us,” the website says. “For 60 years, the US government has kept a closely guarded secret. Aliens have been walking among us, living in our neighborhoods, and interacting with us in our daily lives. They've shopped in the same stores, attended the same classes as our children, and lived seemingly normal human existences.” “With one exception, they do not belong here.”

The website uses the language and aesthetic of extraterrestrial conspiracy theories while presenting immigration arrest data and border enforcement statistics. Fox News Digital reported that the White House framed the project as both a tongue-in-cheek ‘alien transparency’ initiative and a political statement about illegal immigration. “This is a first-of-its-kind effort to draw eyeballs to the fact that the previous administration’s porous border didn’t just put families in border states at risk; many across the country were in harm's way,” a White House official told Fox News Digital.&nbsp;The platform features a US heat map showing ‘alien arrests’ and a live counter displaying more than three million migrant encounters. Users can search immigration enforcement data by city, state, or alleged crime using ICE arrest records. The database includes arrest dates, criminal charges, countries of origin, and suspected gang affiliations. “Millions arrived under the cover of darkness and embedded themselves directly into our society. Countless presidents, congressmen, and senior officials knew exactly what was happening. Instead of protecting American citizens, they chose to cover it up and even accelerate the invasion,” the website states.&nbsp;Also Read: <a href="https://www.wionews.com/trending/after-disregard-google-ai-overview-has-a-spelling-problem-p-in-google-and-2-m-in-gemini-1779967800785">After 'Disregard', Google AI Overview has a spelling problem - 'P' in Google and 2 'M' in Gemini</a>

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) says she has not yet decided whether to run for president, but the New York Democrat is increasingly making moves that fuel speculation about a possible 2028 White House campaign. White House Shooting: Journalists Duck as Gunman Opens Fire Outside White House

For a brief, surreal stretch on Friday (May 15), one of the world’s most heavily guarded addresses on earth found itself facing an unexpected airborne invasion, not from protesters, drones or security threats, but from thousands of bees. A massive bee swarm swept across the White House’s North Lawn, startling reporters, disrupting media positions and triggering scenes that journalists on the ground described as something out of a disaster film. “There is a bee tornado happening here at the White House,” Fox News correspondent Alexandria Hoff said in a video from the scene as the swarm buzzed through the press staging zone known as Pebble Beach. Videos of the moment have gone viral on social media, with netizens questioning if the bees are actually a sign of biblical reckoning for US President Donald Trump and his administration. Time to turn around," she said.

While swarming is a natural bee behaviour, often linked to colony division when a new queen emerges, the sheer size and symbolism of the scene quickly pushed the incident beyond biology and straight into a warning of biblical apocalypse.<h2>Internet goes full apocalypse mode</h2>As videos spread, social media did what it does best: troll. Users compared the swarm to biblical plagues, divine warnings and geopolitical satire.Some joked about "spy bees," from Israel or China, others invoked Revelation, while many simply marvelled at the bizarre optics of bees appearing to "storm" the White House.Also read | <a href="https://www.wionews.com/photos/-fake-jesus-iran-turns-trump-s-deleted-ai-image-into-a-viral-lego-diss-track-amid-pope-row-in-pics-1776326285612">'Fake Jesus!': Iran turns Trump's deleted AI-image into a viral LEGO diss track amid Pope row | In pics</a>"Is this a biblical curse 2.0?," commented one. While the US Constitution under the 22nd Amendment bars any individual from running for the presidency for the third time, Trump supporters have said that the law can be interpreted differently as well. Any such manoeuvre would invite legal challenges, and courts would be asked to interpret the meaning of the 22nd Amendment.&nbsp;
