The FTX CEO and founder Sam Bankman-Fried took to Twitter on Sunday and said that he would testify before the United States House Financial Services Committee after he is done “learning and reviewing” the collapse of his cryptocurrency exchange platform. Additionally, Mills revealed that it all started when he raised the alarm about dodgy accounting at his company. The guy continued by saying that despite receiving a promotion in 2010, he was compelled to take a three-month sick absence as a result of workplace bullying. The arrangement that said he would receive the same position, pay, and seniority, however, led to his return to work.

The man claimed that he was being barred from using&nbsp;his abilities at work at a hearing at the Workplace Relations Commission. The company responded to Mills' accusations by saying that he wasn't being punished for blowing the whistle.

On seeing the officers, she asked, "You're not kidding?". However, on learning that the police were actually there to arrest her over the pending bills, the old lady said, "I was upset because I didn't know why they would come and arrest me."&nbsp;

One of the officers, after the handcuffs were locked, "kind of whispered it to me: 'Don't cry'", she said. Menefield, recalling the incident, said that she told the officer, “How would you feel if they came and arrested your grandmama?"&nbsp;

Meanwhile, police chief Reynolds, in his Facebook post, stated that Menefield was contacted several times by the city officials about her unpaid bills.&nbsp;

He added that a citation was received by her for the unpaid bills in August and that the code enforcement department of the city "tried to call Ms Menefield several times and attempted to contact her in person at her residence."&nbsp;

Reynolds further narrated how a notice was left by the officials on her door which had the contact information and an advisory that she needs to appear in court in September.&nbsp;

"A warrant for Failure to Pay Trash was issued when she did not appear in court," said Reynolds, adding that in the past two years, Menefield's trash services have been suspended three times.&nbsp;

Menefield said that she is unaware of the unpaid bills in question and that no notice was sent to her to appear in court.&nbsp;

The lawsuit is also filed under Indiana's Religious Freedom Restoration Act in a case brought by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Plaintiffs have argued that the abortion law infringes on their right to religious freedom which is protected by the aforementioned state law, said a report by Reuters.&nbsp;

The case was presided over by the state’s Marion County Superior Court Judge, Heather Welch, who issued a preliminary injunction against the bill. The Republican-backed law seeks to ban abortions with some exceptions to cases of rape, incest, lethal fetal abnormalities or a serious health risk to the mother.&nbsp;

“The Court finds that S.E.A. 1 substantially burdens the religious exercise of the Plaintiffs,” said Welsh granting the motion of preliminary injunction, as the plaintiffs continue to challenge its legality. In a statement, the ACLU said that while some religions believe that life begins at conception, “this is not an opinion shared by all religions or all religious people”.&nbsp;
