<p>A US federal judge on Tuesday restricted some agencies and officials of the administration of President Joe Biden from meeting and communicating with social media companies to moderate their content, according to a court filing.</p>

<p>The injunction came in response to a lawsuit brought by Republican attorneys general in Louisiana and Missouri, who alleged that U.S. government officials went too far in efforts to encourage social media companies to address posts they worried could contribute to vaccine hesitancy during the COVID-19 pandemic or upend elections.</p>

<p>The ruling said government agencies like the Department of Health and Human Services and the FBI could not talk to social media companies for "the purpose of urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner the removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech" under the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.</p>

The White House was briefly evacuated Sunday evening while President Joe Biden was at Camp David. The secret service discovered the suspicious powder in a common area of the west wing, and law enforcement officials say that the initial test showed the substance was cocaine. Secret Service Agents were doing routine rounds when they found the white powder in an area accessible to tour groups, not in any particular west wing office. The complex was reportedly evacuated at about 8:45 pm Sunday as fire and emergency crews were brought in to do a rapid test, which preliminarily identified cocaine. The White House was soon reopened and the powder was sent for further testing. In a statement, the secret service said the white house was closed as a precaution as emergency crews investigated. The District of Columbia fire department was called in to evaluate and determine that the substance was not hazardous.

<p>Rajesh saw his son and daughter had gone far into the sea. However, he rushed in to help his son as he noticed them struggling with the rip currents, reported Times of India. The bystanders also rushed in to help them as both father and son got caught in the rip currents.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Brendon Townsend, another visitor at the beach, was among the first people to jump in and rescue Rajesh and his son. He also performed CPR on Rajesh's 12-year-old boy. However, his son later responded to the shock treatment in the ICU. Rajesh's brother said he is now stable, aware and talking.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Rajesh Kumar, a native of Bapatla district in Andhra Pradesh, moved to the United States in January 2022. His wife and children joined him in May 2023. He worked at a startup in the United States.&nbsp;</p>
