<p>Salman will reportedly play a businessman while Alia will be an actress in the movie. A Mumbai Mirror report quoted a source as saying, “Salman is a businessman in his mid-40s. The character is reminiscent of his turn in his 1997 romcom Jab Pyar Kisise Hota Hai. Alia plays a 20-something aspiring actress. All the factors, including age gap, have been taken into consideration. The story will justify the teaming up of two actors, from different generations, on a romantic journey.”</p>

<p>The tabloid further reported that the film’s shoot will begin in September and it might be shot in locations like Haridwar, Rishikesh and Varanasi, apart from the US. “The locations under consideration are Haridwar, Rishikesh and Varanasi,” the source informed, adding that Bhansali and his leads will also fly to the US for a major schedule. “The crew was contemplating on several places, including Europe, but settled on the US after several rounds of recce. Salman and Alia will be there in winters,” the source added.</p>

<p>The film will be co-produced by Salman Khan Films and Sanjay Leela Bhansali Productions.</p>

'Bharat' first poster: Salman Khan sports grey hair, beard in the first look of the film

<p>As Salman Khan<a href="https://www.wionews.com/entertainment/salman-khan-starts-dabangg-3-shoot-in-indore-see-pics-207243"> currently shoots for the film ‘Dabangg 3’</a> in Mandu, Madhya Pradesh, he has been issued a notice by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI).&nbsp;</p>

<p>The notice mentions that Salman and his team should remove two set pieces of the film which were being constructed at the historic Jal Mahal in Mandu, Madhya Pradesh. It mentions that the shoot might get cancelled if they do not pay heed to the above directive.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to reports, the production house had been informed previously also regarding the same but no action was taken on their side.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The said incident had happened at the time when Salman and other stars were shooting for their film ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’. His co-stars Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam were also tried but the court found them ‘not guilty’ and acquitted them barring Salman.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Salman was charged under Section 51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and others under Section 51 read with Section 149 (unlawful assembly) of the Indian Penal Code.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Last year when the punishment was announced, Salman Khan's lawyer Anand Desai said in a statement, "ln the present case the Hon'ble Court has acquitted all the 5 co-accused which would imply that Salman was out hunting alone in the middle of the night in a remote area outside Jodhpur. We have preferred an appeal to the Hon'ble Sessions Court and applied for an urgent hearing today ."</p>

<p>The star was later granted bail in a couple of days on a bond of Rs.50,000 and two sureties of like amount. The Jodhpur District and Sessions Court in May granted permission to Salman Khan to travel outside India.</p>

<p>On the work front, Salman will be next seen in ‘Bharat’ that is due to release on June 5 and also stars Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Tabu and Sunil Grover in key roles.</p>

<p>The woman behind iconic steps in ‘Choli ke peeche kya hai’, ‘Ek do teen’ and many other Bollywood songs is now completely out of work. With an illustrious 40-year career, in an interview with Mid-Day, Saroj revealed that she is&nbsp;hopeful of her comeback as Salman Khan promised to work with her.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Saroj said, "When we met, Salman asked me what I was doing nowadays. So I told him honestly that I don’t have any work (film offers), and that I am teaching Indian classical dance to young actresses. Upon hearing that, he said, ‘Now, you will work with me’. I know he is a man of his word, so he will keep his promise."</p>

<p>In an earlier chat with Mumbai Mirror, Saroj had said that she was due to work with Katrina Kaif in ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ but the actress refused to work on the song without rehearsals. She said, “For a while, I had lost interest but now looking at the <em>haalat</em> (condition) of dance, I want to do something good for the industry. I can’t judge actresses because I have only seen them in songs choreographed by others. Katrina looks good and there was a chance of collaborating on Thugs of Hindostan. But as the shoot was coming up, she told the makers she wouldn’t do the song without rehearsals and I was summarily replaced with Prabhudheva.”</p>

He was later appointed as the general secretary for Samajwadi Party but Sanjay resigned from the post and subsequently quit the party.</p>

<p>Back then he said, “I learnt one thing...you got to go there and speak and promise so many things. If you do that then you have to fulfil so many things. I don’t think it ever happens. It is a different world. Who will give lecture and all I don’t know all that. I don’t know why I entered politics...what happened. I did a mistake. I don’t think any actor fits there completely.”</p>
