'Dabangg 3' trailer: Salman Khan is back to settle some old score

Veteran actor Mahesh Manjrekar's daughter Saiee, who is set to mark her Bollywood debut with 'Dabangg 3', looked innocent in the first look poster shared by Salman Khan on Tuesday.

Bollywood's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' shared the motion poster on his Instagram page while introducing the new face. In the video, Salman can be seen calling Saiee as his baby Khushi.

A few moments later, Salman shared another post and captioned, "Hamari pure innocent masoom Khushi". Doing justice with the title given, the newbie Saiee can be seen donning a simple ghagra choli with her hair blown by the wind. She completed her desi look with black bindi and a pair of long earrings.

Inshallah will be made but at least not with me". While introducing Saiee, 'Bajarangi Bhaijan' actor recalled the time when Sonakshi Sinha was also introduced at the gala event, IIFA. "It's so strange that long time back, Sonakshi Sinha was also introduced on the ramp at IIFA and now this is her turn," he said. To which one of the reporters said that Saiee will also be seen spreading the same kind of magic on the silver screen and while replying back, Salman had a witty answer. "Inshallah. I am not talking about the film," he said jokingly. Following his witty answer and remark, one of the reporters asked about what went wrong with the filming as people were really excited to watch the star with the ace director after a hiatus of 19 years. He said, "Currently Inshallah is not being made. It's not being made with me." Last month, Khan had tweeted, "The film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali is pushed but I will still see you all on Eid, 2020. Insha-Allah!!". Khan and Bhansali had first worked together in the filmmaker's debut movie 'Khamoshi: The Musical' (1996). The iconic actor-director duo last worked together on 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' (1999), the film also starred Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and it went on to become one of the biggest blockbusters of that time. Salman also had a brief cameo in Ranbir Kapoor-starrer 'Saawariya'. The filming of 'Inshallah' starring Alia Bhatt was supposed to begin in September after Salman would have finished shooting for 'Dabangg 3'.

Salman Khan will now shake a leg with Warina Hussain and choreographer Prabhudeva in his upcoming film ‘Dabangg 3’.

The song will be called Munna Badnam Hua instead of the original song Munni Badnam Hui that had Malaika Arora dancing to the tunes of the hit song.

A source close to the film said, “Like every time, this time too Salman Khan has come up with a unique dance step for the song. You have seen him do a step with his belt in the Dabangg title track, and you might also remember his towel dance. This time too, he has used his belt in such a way that people will love it and the step will be an instant hit.”

It added, “You can see Salman’s hard work in this song. He has done many difficult steps in the song which are not easy even for the actors of today’s generation. In the song, Prabhudheva’s part will be a special element alongside Salman and Warina. The audience will witness a never-seen-before side of Warina. She is all set to shock everyone with the killer moves that she is performing in this song.”

Earlier, Salman had shared a video where he is seen taking dance lessons from Prabhudheva with Sudeep also joining them.

This time too, he has used his belt in such a way that people will love it and the step will be an instant hit.” It added, “You can see Salman’s hard work in this song. He has done many difficult steps in the song which are not easy even for the actors of today’s generation. In the song, Prabhudheva’s part will be a special element alongside Salman and Warina. The audience will witness a never-seen-before side of Warina. She is all set to shock everyone with the killer moves that she is performing in this song.” Earlier, Salman had shared a video where he is seen taking dance lessons from Prabhudheva with Sudeep also joining them.
One of Malaika Arora's biggest hit was the song 'Munni Badnaam Hui' from the film 'Dabangg' which released in 2010. Back then she was married to the film's producer Arbaaz Khan and was part of the Khan family.

Cut to 2019, the third installment of the hit franchise is being shot and speculations were rife that Malaika, now separated from Arbaaz Khan, would be part of the third film as well. But Malaika has categorically denied being part of the project which is being helmed by Prabhudeva.

While speaking to a daily, Malaika said, "No my dear, I am not involved with the film. Everyone involved with the project has moved on and I only wish each and everyone all the best for the venture.” She had also been involved with earlier two films as a producer.

Malaika though is keen on producing short films. "I would definitely want to produce some really good content in my company. The kind of content you see across platforms, in films and otherwise, is so promising. I might actually produce a short film or something but nothing immediately. A lot of ideas have come my way and I am just taking my time to green light one or some of them. Actually, this is the best time of my life. For any woman today, life actually begins post 40. It’s an age in whicb a woman was once considered oh-so-redundant. Today, she’s a lot freer in that same age window.”

Meanwhile, 'Dabangg 3' will have a male version of the original song that will feature Salman Khan. The film also co-stars Sonakshi Sinha and Arbaaz Khan.
