Johnny Depp's longtime pal Gina Deuters is sharing some insight details about the ex-couple marriage and why she thinks Heard is responsible for destroying Depp.

In her recent interview with Page Six, Gina, who is the wife of Depp's business partner Stephen Deuters, says Amber is a ''sociopathic show pony'' and the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star deserves justice.

During her interview, Gina said that Depp’s time with Heard was “less of a relationship and more of an Amber invasion.”

“Instantly she started moving her friends into his properties,” she said as per Page Six. “It was quite shocking how she eventually isolated him from his family and friends … it definitely felt like we’d kind of lost him.”

''Johnny Depp has been a phenomenal actor throughout his career. Depp was removed from the movie Pirates of the Caribbean by Walt Disney’s Company. In the latest update on Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard case, Depp's legal team has said that his ex-wife Amber Heard gave the performance of her life in the court. Meanwhile, Heard's spokesperson has called Depp's behavior in the court pitiful.

Amber Heard vs Johnny Depp: Trial in the defamation case in its 4th week

Amber Heard took to the stands in the third week of the trial that has seen her former husband Johnny Depp testifying against her and claiming that he had never hit her or any other woman in his life.

Depp filed a defamation case against Amber Heard after she wrote an op-ed where she claimed that she had been a victim of domestic violence. While Depp's name was not mentioned in the article, the actor stated that it attempted to malign his image and led to him losing out on film projects. Heard has counter sued Depp for physical violence.

On Wednesday, Heard got emotional as she took to the stand and claimed Depp would hit her whenever he consumed alcohol or drugs.

Here are the key highlights from Heard's testimony

--Heard claims Depp first struck her in 2012 a year into their relationship. The couple first met on the sets of 'Rum Diary' but fell in love in 2011 during the film's promotional tour.
In 2012, Heard recalled she had asked about a tattoo on his arm and what it meant. Depp had replied 'Wino' which was a tribute to his previous girlfriend actress Winona Ryder. "I laughed because I thought he was joking," Heard recalled. "And he slapped me across the face."
"I just stared at him kind of laughing, thinking that he was going to start laughing too, to tell me it was a joke," Ms Heard added. "But he didn't. He slapped me again. I will never forget it." Depp had denied the incident earlier.

Johnny Depp was a 'crazy jealous' boyfriend to actress Jennifer Grey, reveals new memoir

--During her testimony, Heard sought to portray Depp as someone who could be warm and kind, but who would fly into rages. Many a time the rage was due to perceived infidelity and when he was under the influence of alcohol or drugs. She said he tried to conceal his substance abuse, which ranged from drinking spirits to taking "a lot" of cocaine. "It would be accusations, accusations and then he would explode," Ms Heard said, adding that Mr Depp would slap and "backhand" her. After the fights, Ms Heard said he would "disappear". "He'd come back clean and sober and he'd be extra nice and extra apologetic and we'd be good again," she added.

Missing fingertip to 'threesome' with Elon Musk: Shocking revelations made in Johnny Depp-Amber Heard case

--During a weekend away with friends in May 2013, Heard said, Depp became angry and accused her of inviting what he perceived as suggestive advances from another woman. The same evening, Heard said Depp tore her dress, ripped off her underwear and stuck his fingers "inside" her. "He proceeds to do a cavity search," she said. "He's looking for his drugs, his cocaine." In earlier testimony, psychologist Dr Dwan Hughes too had mentioned Heard had told her that Depp had put his fingers up her vagina to search for cocaine.

-- On Thursday, as Heard sobbed as she recalled how her former husband had sexually assaulted her soon after their marriage. Heard said she visited Depp in Australia about a month after their wedding in early 2015 when he was filming the fifth 'Pirates of the Caribbean' movie. On their first evening together, Heard said, a planned dinner at the house where Depp was staying evolved into an argument. Depp allegedly was drunk and pushed her against the refrigerator and held her there by her throat. Heard said she broke free and retreated upstairs only to return later in her nightgown to find Depp still awake. She said she tried to get him to eat since they had never had dinner, but he was "belligerent" and threw bottles that broke around her.

Depp ripped off her nightgown, leaving her naked, she said, and threw her on a ping-pong table before inserting a bottle into her vagina. "He was shoving it inside of me over and over," the actress said while sobbing in court. Depp repeatedly said "I'll f****ing kill you," she told the jury. "I was scared," Heard said. "I had just married him."

-- Months later, when the duo were back in their Los Angeles home, Depp broke her nose and ripped out chunks of hair in another violent encounter.

Amber Heard took to the stands in the third week of the trial that has seen her former husband Johnny Depp testifying against her and claiming that he had never hit her or any other woman in his life.

Here are the key highlights from Heard's testimony --Heard claims Depp first struck her in 2012 a year into their relationship. "And he slapped me across the face." "I just stared at him kind of laughing, thinking that he was going to start laughing too, to tell me it was a joke," Ms Heard added. "But he didn't. He slapped me again. I will never forget it." Depp had denied the incident earlier. Johnny Depp was a 'crazy jealous' boyfriend to actress Jennifer Grey, reveals new memoir --During her testimony, Heard sought to portray Depp as someone who could be warm and kind, but who would fly into rages. Missing fingertip to 'threesome' with Elon Musk: Shocking revelations made in Johnny Depp-Amber Heard case --During a weekend away with friends in May 2013, Heard said, Depp became angry and accused her of inviting what he perceived as suggestive advances from another woman. "I had just married him." -- Months later, when the duo were back in their Los Angeles home, Depp broke her nose and ripped out chunks of hair in another violent encounter. The trial is on its fourth week with Depp and his legal team already presenting their side of the case. The trial is expected to continue for another month. 'Aquaman' actor Amber Heard choked back tears on Wednesday as she testified that ex-husband Johnny Depp physically abused her, starting with slaps after she laughed at one of his tattoos and escalating to a "cavity search" of her body for cocaine.

Heard took the witness stand for the first time in a widely followed US defamation case brought by Depp, saying the actors had a "magical" relationship until it turned violent.

Depp's first physical outburst, Heard said, came after she asked what was written on one of his faded tattoos. She said he replied "Wino," and she laughed, thinking it was a joke.

Heard, who alternated between crying and speaking calmly, said she stayed with Depp because she wanted to believe his apologies and promises to never hit her.

But, Heard said, Depp assaulted her "several times," usually when he was drinking or using drugs. During a weekend away with friends in May 2013, Heard said, Depp became angry and accused her of inviting what he perceived as suggestive advances from another woman.

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp are currently embroiled in a nasty defamation case. In recent weeks, as the case continues in the Fairfax County Circuit Courthouse in Fairfax, Virginia, some gruesome and bizarre revelations were made about the former couple's troubled past that has sent shockwaves around the whole world. During the hearing, Johnny claimed that he's never assaulted his ex-wife and several close allies of the ex-couple have made some bombshell revelations about Amber Heard. Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard: Supporting cast steals the limelight The case took a sharp turn when many fans started speaking out in the support of Depp on social media. Recently, his fans started A Change.org petition asking Amber Heard to be removed from her upcoming superhero movie 'Aquaman 2' The petition has so far reached 2 million signatures. A new rumour is all over the internet questioning Amber's screen timing in the Jason Momoa starrer movie. Reportedly, Amber will only have 10 minutes or less screen time in the forthcoming DC sequel. This all started after Film journalist Grace Randolph, whose is known for giving comic book movie scoops, as per Daily Mail, has claimed that Amber has limited screen time in DC's forthcoming film. Heard plays princess Mara in the movie. Will Elon Musk finally testify against Johnny Depp in the Amber Heard defamation case? ''I hear Amber Heard has less than 10 [minutes] of screentime in 'Aquaman 2,'" tweeted Randolph. However, there's no confirmation if her role had a short timing from the initial period of the movie or if her scenes have been cut out in wake of the defamation case and Johnny Depp's claims. Netizens have also reacted to the reports about Amber's screen timing, take a look! It’s a start. Hopefully #AmberHeard is fired & recast going forward. If #JohnnyDepp wins the case - they can delete all her scenes. That’s fair. She still got $10M. Johnny got $20M. Has Amber Heard's screen timing been reduced to 10 minutes in 'Aquaman 2'? Here's what we know

Veering between drama and farce, the courtroom showdown pitting Johnny Depp against ex-wife Amber Heard focused this week on the host of professionals and hangers-on who surrounds the stars, painting a portrait of Hollywood in all its excess.

The 36-year-old actress' domestic violence accusations, and the 58-year-old star's denials, are at the heart of a high-profile defamation lawsuit that has been going on since April 11 on the outskirts of the US capital Washington.

After a flood of testimony, Depp relinquished his spot on the witness stand Tuesday to the bit-players who gravitate around him: agent, driver, bodyguard, wealth manager... And these secondary characters sometimes stole the show.

- The vaping doorman -

Alejandro Romero is a doorman in a luxury building in Los Angeles where the couple lived. Testifying by video link while sitting at the wheel of his car, he said he had not seen any marks on Heard's face after the couple's final argument in May 2016.

The actress appeared shortly afterwards in a court, her face appeared swollen, to apply for a protective order.

But the porter didn't want to dwell on his memories. "I am so stressed out," he said, puffing on an e-cigarette. "I don't want to deal with this anymore," he said, underscoring the point by starting his car.

"Alright," responded Judge Penney Azcarate. "That was a first, I'm sorry."

- The loyal bodyguard -

Bodyguard Malcolm Connolly has worked for Depp for 23 years. With a marked Scottish accent, he gave his unfailing support on Thursday, saying Heard "wanted to wear the pants in this relationship" and said it was she who initiated the couple's arguments.

Asked about the actor's alcohol and drug use, he insisted that the star had "a very high tolerance" for "any substance."

"I think Jack Sparrow was more drunk than Johnny Depp," he said, referencing Depp's famous character in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies.

Even so, he said he had never seen the actor urinate in a hallway, as Heard's lawyers had suggested.

"I think I would remember if I had seen Mr Depp's penis," he said.

Seeking to show his financial dependence on the actor, Heard's lawyers asked him if he had received $8,500 in gifts over the years.

"He gave me so much more than that!" Connolly replied without flinching.

- Huge checks from the financial manager -

The lifestyle of Depp, who has been the owner of 45 luxury cars, a yacht and several properties including an island, has regularly hit the headlines.

His business manager Edward White told the court Thursday how he had sought to redress his accounts, while settling the costs of the divorce with Amber Heard in 2017.

"She initially was looking for a consideration of $4 million, but her demand continually increased," he said.

In the end, Depp paid her $6.8 million, wrote checks for $200,000 in donations in her name, paid half a million to her lawyers, and assumed all debts incurred during their lifetime together, around $13.5 million.

- The agent and confidante -

Christian Carino was agent and friend to the two actors, but no longer speaks to either of them.

By video, he said he had tried in vain to reconcile them and read text messages exchanged with Heard after their divorce.

In one message, the "Aquaman" actress said she was "sad" to have broken up with her new lover, billionaire Elon Musk.

"You weren't in love with him and you told me a thousand times you were just filling space," responded Carino, who had once been engaged to Lady Gaga.

Psychological analysis of clothes -

On the first day of the trial, Depp wore a light gray suit with a black tie decorated with a bee-motif. The next day, Amber Heard had a gray jacket, and the day after that sported a tie with a bee emblazoned on it.

On the stand, Shannon Curry, a psychologist called by Depp's legal team, said she felt the actress suffered from a "borderline personality disorder" that could push her to "mimic" those close to her.

And now? -

Heard's lawyers want to hear Elon Musk and actor James Franco, another close associate of their client. But the two men declined, without explaining their reasons.

Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard: Supporting cast steals the limelight

Ever since the trial in the Johnny Depp-Amber Heard defamation case began three weeks ago, there has been speculation whether Elon Musk would be testifying on behalf of Heard.

Heard and Musk were in a relationship for a year in 2016 and it was widely being reported that he would testify on behalf of his ex-girlfriend. But it has now been confirmed that Musk will not be testifying in court.

Depp filed a suit against the actress after she wrote an op-ed in 2018 saying was "a public figure representing domestic abuse." While she did not name Depp, his lawyers claimed that it's was in reference to Depp since she has previously claimed he was physically violent toward her during their marriage.

In his 2020 UK libel case, Depp had accused Heard of having an affair with Musk while she was still married to the actor. Musk later denied the accusation, clarifying that the two got into a relationship in April 2016 after she had filed for a divorce.

While Musk has been listed as a witness in the defamation case, his lawyer confirmed to Fox News that the billionaire will not be testifying.

A doorman at a building in Los Angeles where Depp and Heard lived had testified that he often saw Musk at least "a few times a week" at Depp’s penthouse in 2015.

The SpaceX founder "always visited when Mr Depp was not at home," he had added.

Musk, 50, also was allegedly given access to the building’s parking garage at the request of Heard and that he would be led up the residence via the penthouse elevator.

Will Elon Musk finally testify against Johnny Depp in the Amber Heard defamation case?

A clinical and forensic psychologist hired by actor Johnny Depp has stated that his former wife Amber Heard had shown signs of borderline and histrionic personality disorders. Dr Shannon Curry, hired by Depp's legal team, testified in court on day nine of Depp's defamation trial against Heard.

Dr Curry told the court that she was asked to "provide a psychological evaluation of Ms Heard" back in October 2021, but was never asked to do so for Depp.

Dr Curry had reportedly reviewed "all the case documents" as part of her evaluation of the Heard, as well as her medical records, audio and video recordings, photos and "multiple witness statements."

She said she met with Heard "on two separate dates," Dec. 10 and Dec. 17, 2021, for about 12 hours of total face time.

Based on her evaluation, Dr Curry said that Heard had "two diagnoses- borderline personality disorder and histrionic personality disorder."

Dr Curry also said she saw no evidence of PTSD in her evaluation of Heard but was quick to add "Just because somebody doesn't have PTSD doesn't mean that they weren't harmed psychologically by whatever is being alleged — in this case, Ms Heard is alleging that she was psychologically harmed and that she suffered PTSD because of abuse that she alleges occurred by Mr Depp."

When Heard's lawyer cross-examined her and asked if the psychologist was board-certified, Dr Curry responded that she is not.

Heard's team also pointed out that the psychologist had dinner and drinks at Depp's home before she was placed on retainer. Dr Curry stated that the meeting was with the actor's legal team and never Depp himself and added it wasn't her job to evaluate Depp in this case.

"Don't you think that's a little odd that you're getting interviewed by Mr Depp to decide whether you're going to testify adversely against Amber Heard?" the actress's attorney asked, to which Dr Curry responded, "I was interviewed by the legal team."

Johnny Depp psychologist claims Amber Heard showed symptoms of personality disorder

Lawyers representing Amber have cross-examined Johnny Depp for hours after he brought a defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife. Depp was challenged over vulgar text messages, his drug use and drinking.

Hollywood's defamation case: Johnny Depp's cross examination concludes

Hollywood: Johnny Depp's cross examination concludes after 4 days of testimony

Actor Johnny Depp concluded his testimony on Monday in the defamation case he filed against ex-wife Amber Heard, saying he was the victim of domestic violence in their relationship and was 'broken' by the time their marriage fell apart.

Depp's fourth day on the witness stand in a Virginia court ended with his attorneys playing audio from a conversation that took place after Heard had secured a restraining order against him in 2016.

The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star said he agreed to Heard`s request to meet in a San Francisco hotel room because he thought she might retract her accusation that he had abused her.

In the recording, Depp proposed that the couple issue a joint letter saying they loved each other and the media had created a storm around them. The suggestion was an attempt to find a "peaceful settlement," Depp said.

Heard, known for her role in 'Aquaman,' resisted the idea and challenged him to go public with his claim that he was the one who had suffered abuse. "Tell the world, Johnny," she said. "Tell them I, Johnny Depp - a man - I`m a victim too of domestic violence."

Depp said he responded: "Yes, I am."

The 58-year-old actor is suing Heard, 36, for $50 million. Heard has counter-sued for $100 million, saying Depp smeared her by calling her a liar.

In another audio clip from the San Francisco meeting, Depp threatened to cut himself with a knife.

"That`s psychologically, emotionally where I was," he said. "At the end, I was broken ... I thought the only answer is here, take my blood, that`s all I've got left."

The case hinges on a December 2018 opinion piece in the Washington Post. The article never mentioned Depp by name, but his lawyer told jurors it was clear Heard was referencing him. The couple`s divorce was finalized in 2017.
Earlier on Monday, Heard`s attorneys introduced news articles that they said showed Depp`s behaviour had already harmed his lucrative movie career well before Heard's piece.

Headlines included "Why are all of Johnny Depp's movies bombing at the box office?" and "Where did it all go wrong for Johnny Depp?" The articles, published before Heard`s piece, claimed Depp drank vodka for breakfast and was late to movie sets.

Depp said that as a longtime Hollywood star he was subject of "hit pieces."

The actor testified that Heard would slap or shove him when the couple disagreed and once threw a vodka bottle at his hand, cutting off the top of his right middle finger.

In a separate legal case in Britain, Heard denied throwing a bottle and severing Depp`s finger. She said she threw things only to escape when he was beating her, and once punched him because she feared he would push her sister down the stairs.

Depp, once among the biggest stars in Hollywood, said he never struck Heard or any woman and that Heard`s allegations cost him "everything." A new "Pirates" movie was put on hold, and Depp was dropped from the "Fantastic Beasts" film franchise, a "Harry Potter" spinoff.

Heard`s attorneys have argued that she told the truth and that her opinion was protected as free speech under the U.S. Constitution`s First Amendment. In opening arguments, Heard`s attorneys said Depp physically and sexually assaulted her while abusing drugs and alcohol.

A state court judge in Fairfax County, Virginia, is overseeing the trial, which is expected to last until late May.

Less than two years ago, Depp lost a libel case against The Sun, a British tabloid that labelled him a "wife beater." A London High Court judge ruled he had repeatedly assaulted Heard.

Depp's lawyers have said they filed the U.S. case in Fairfax County, outside the nation`s capital, because the Washington Post is printed there. The newspaper is not a defendant.

The suggestion was an attempt to find a "peaceful settlement," Depp said. Heard, known for her role in 'Aquaman,' resisted the idea and challenged him to go public with his claim that he was the one who had suffered abuse. "Tell the world, Johnny," she said. "Tell them I, Johnny Depp - a man - I`m a victim too of domestic violence." Depp said he responded: "Yes, I am." The 58-year-old actor is suing Heard, 36, for $50 million. Heard has counter-sued for $100 million, saying Depp smeared her by calling her a liar. In another audio clip from the San Francisco meeting, Depp threatened to cut himself with a knife. "That`s psychologically, emotionally where I was," he said. "At the end, I was broken ... I thought the only answer is here, take my blood, that`s all I've got left." The case hinges on a December 2018 opinion piece in the Washington Post. Depp said that as a longtime Hollywood star he was subject of "hit pieces." The actor testified that Heard would slap or shove him when the couple disagreed and once threw a vodka bottle at his hand, cutting off the top of his right middle finger.

Johnny Depp finishes testimony in defamation case, says ex-wife left him 'broken'

Amid the vigorous court trial, actor Johnny Depp has found support on social media. Depp is fighting a defamation case against Amber Heard for writing an op-ed on how she had been a victim of domestic violence. Heard did not name Depp in the article.

The ongoing trial has been widely published on media and it seems that the court of social media is favouring Depp.
Posters on Twitter and TikTok have been showcasing widespread support for Depp, with hashtags like 'JusticeForJohnnyDepp' getting over 3 million views on TikTok alone.

Similar hashtags have been tweeted thousands of times. Meanwhile 'JusticeForAmberHeard' has not been getting as much interest.

On TikTok, videos of the trail are doing the round and have been edited in such a way that it appears Depp is the victim and not the abuser. Small slips of Depp's testimony are being circulated with the 'JusticeForJohnnyDepp' hashtag.

Some provide day by day accounts of the case on TikTok while others are suggesting conspiracy theories( all unproved) around the case. Some have even commented that Heard is mirroring Depp's style of clothing at the court to intimidate him.

There are also others who feel that Heard isn't being held to the same standard as male domestic abusers and criticized her behaviour during the couple’s marriage. Heard has been accused of physically hurting Depp, even hurling a vodka bottle at him that left him with a severed fingertip.

In court filings before the trial, Heard said she hit Depp only in self-defence or in defence of her younger sister
“Amber Heard got a free pass for her lies and violence for 6 years. This gender bias must end now. Make her accountable for her actions, Virginia, we trust you," a fan on Twitter wrote.

“Amber, in my opinion, wasn’t known too well until she started dating Johnny,” a TikToker said who has posted videos about the case. “She became well known when she made the allegations against Johnny and because the world knows Johnny and loves him, I believe that everyone is going to be angry and upset that such allegations have been made towards him.”

Experts also feel visuals of Depp's testimony also makes him look vulnerable to a society which is inherently misogynist.

Some have said Depp’s quiet and calm responses while talking about previous drug use and other personal matters is a sign of his vulnerability during the case.

Experts also feel that some are backing Depp because they worry that the Me Too movement didn’t represent male victims as much as it did female victims.

Now in its third week of trial, Depp has been cross-examined by Heard's lawyer and been accused of physically hurting his ex-wife which he has denied in court.

Heard has counter sued Depp seeking $100 million in damages. The trial in Fairfax County, Virginia, is expected to take weeks.

Both Depp and Heard have testified that the other had been physically violent with them during the course of their relationship.

Why is social media in favour of Johnny Depp in the Amber Heard defamation case?

The Johnny Depp-Amber Heard trial is getting murkier by the day. Heard and Depp were married in 2015 and ended their marriage in 2017. Depp sued Heard after she wrote an op-ed for the Washington Post detailing domestic abuse and assaulters getting away with their heinous acts. While Depp was not named in the article, the actor sued his ex-wife for defamation. Heard countersued for $100 million.

After two days of Depp's testimony, on Thursday, Depp was cross-examined by Heard’s legal counsel, Benjamin Rottenborn.

He (Rottenborn) disputed Depp’s testimonial against Heard by retrieving text messages, audio tapes and videotapes.

Depp shared explicit texts with actor Paul Bettany and singer Marilyn Manson as they demeaned Heard and additionally referred to drug abuse.

In audio tapes made public in the court, Depp can be heard saying, "Where do you want the scar?” while Heard begs her then-husband, “Don’t cut your skin. Please do not cut your skin. Why would I do that? Please do not do that. Please don’t cut yourself”.

Heard’s attorneys presented a videotape that featured Depp slamming his kitchen cupboard and breaking other objects. He is also seen pouring himself a glass of wine from an almost empty bottle when Heard asks, “Have you drunk this whole thing this morning?”, after which Depp realises he is being recorded and throws the phone away.

Depp admitted to assaulting but denied any physical contact with Heard.

He added that she had illegally recorded him and was smiling at the end of the ordeal.

In another tape, Depp can be heard saying to Heard, “I head-butted you in the f*****g forehead. That doesn’t break a nose,”

"I did say those words, but I was using the words that Ms.Heard was using, but there was not an intentional head butt,” Depp said in the court.

“If you want to have a peaceful conversation with Ms. Heard, you might have to placate a little bit.”

On Monday the trial will enter its third week. It is expected to go on for six weeks.

Johnny Depp cross-examined at court: 'Where do you want the scar,' actor had asked Amber Heard

Amid a nasty court battle between Hollywood stars Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, one name that has been prominent throughout is that of billionaire Elon Musk. In his UK libel case against a tabloid, Depp had accused Musk of having an affair with Heard while she was still married to Depp.

Court documents alleged that Musk had a "three-way affair" with Heard and model-actress Cara Delevingne at Depp and Heard's apartment in Los Angeles in 2016 while the actor was away in Australia for shooting.

Musk later went on record to deny the accusation and called Cara Delevingne his friend.

Musk though admitted to having dated Heard but only after she had filed for divorce from Depp.

The history

Elon Musk and Amber Heard reportedly first met on the sets of "Machete Kills" back in 2013. Heard played the lead in the film and Musk had a cameo appearance. The duo remained friends but sparks flew when in January 2016 Heard and Johnny Depp's divorce got finalised.

Musk was single at that time having divorced his wife Talulah Riley for the second time in October 2015. The two had earlier divorced in 2012 but had remarried.

Sources told People, that Musk pursued Heard seriously and the actress played hard to get initially. Other court documents during the Johnny Depp UK libel case, Musk had even offered Heard '24/7 security' when she had contemplated on enforcing restraining orders on her ex-husband.

“Elon loves a pretty face, but he needs more to be intrigued. Amber has lots more to offer,” added a source close to Musk. “Elon is attracted to her edginess. She isn’t frightened about being different. She doesn’t get easily intimidated. She is very focused and loves to learn.”

The duo were spotted on their public outings soon after but shied away from confirming their relationship to the press.

In April 2017, Heard shared a photo of Musk and Her at an event. The photo had Musk looking away from the camera with lipstick mark on his cheek while Heard posed for the camera. "Cheeky," Heard captioned the photo.

Missing fingertip to 'threesome' with Elon Musk: Shocking revelations made in Johnny Depp-Amber Heard case The history Elon Musk and Amber Heard reportedly first met on the sets of "Machete Kills" back in 2013. She is very focused and loves to learn.” The duo were spotted on their public outings soon after but shied away from confirming their relationship to the press. In April 2017, Heard shared a photo of Musk and Her at an event. The photo had Musk looking away from the camera with lipstick mark on his cheek while Heard posed for the camera. "Cheeky," Heard captioned the photo. A brief history of Amber Heard-Elon Musk romance

United States: Heard's lawyers cross examine Johnny Depp for hours

Johnny Depp is suing his ex-wife Amber Heard for $50 million. Here are some shocking accusations made during the case. The case is currently ongoing in the US.

Johnny Depp, Amber Heard case: Shocking accusations about actors

Testy at times, rambling and poetic at others, Johnny Depp has embraced a familiar role at his defamation trial against his former wife Amber Heard -- the leading man.

During three days on the witness stand, the three-time Oscar nominee has sought to convince a jury that the allegations of domestic abuse made against him by Heard are untrue and have destroyed his career.

Lawyers for the 36-year-old Heard have hammered away at the 58-year-old Depp's history of drug and alcohol use in a bid to undermine his credibility.

The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star has mostly kept his cool under cross-examination by Heard's lawyers but has shown the occasional flash of anger.

Asked by her attorney Ben Rottenborn to answer a "simple yes or no question," Depp snapped back: "Nothing is simple in this case."

Depp has also gotten the hang of the back-and-forth of the Virginia courtroom where high-powered lawyers for both sides are constantly interrupting each other to complain about hearsay.

"That's hearsay I guess," Depp said of one of his own comments, drawing laughter from a gallery that includes some of the actor's fans. "I'm learning."

At other times, the actor has waxed lyrical during his frequently long-winded answers.

Asked about the domestic abuse allegations against him, Depp compared it to "running between drops of lava."

"You're trying to run between raindrops that kill you and destroy you."

- 'Monster' -

Depp has turned up for the trial in Fairfax County Circuit Court with his hair tied back in a ponytail, earrings and chunky rings. He has favored three-piece suits in court and wore an all-black ensemble on Thursday -- black suit, black vest, black shirt and black tie.

The Texas-born Heard, who had a starring role in the movie "Aquaman," has gone mainly for black pant suits and a change of hairstyle each day.

She has remained mostly stoic during Depp's testimony, listening attentively, whispering with her lawyers and taking notes on a yellow legal pad.

She did noticeably flinch when a video was shown on Thursday of an angry Depp slamming cabinet doors in their kitchen.

The actress was also clearly distressed when an audiotape was played for the jury during which she pleaded with Depp not to cut himself with a knife.

Heard's attorneys have alleged that Depp would become a physically and sexually abusive "monster" when he was drunk or on illegal drugs and have questioned him extensively about his substance use.

Asked about partying with the shock rocker Marilyn Manson, Depp said: "We drank together. We've had cocaine together maybe a couple of times."

In a text message to another friend, the actor Paul Bettany, Depp talked about taking a plane flight having had "no food for days, powders, half a bottle of whiskey, 1,000 Red Bull and vodkas, pills and two bottles of champers."

- Text messages -

There have been enough references to celebrities during the trial's first week to fill a tabloid.

Depp said he suspected the actor James Franco was having an affair with Heard.

Heard, for her part, was jealous about a tattoo Depp had that read "Winona Forever" -- a reference to former girlfriend Winona Ryder.

Depp said he had the last two letters removed so the tattoo now reads "Wino Forever."

Depp was asked about text messages seeking advice on sobriety from Elton John and others to singer Patti Smith in which he acknowledged drinking too much.

Domestic abuse is at the core of the trial and both Depp and Heard have accused each other of being violent during their 2015 to 2017 marriage.

Depp said he told several people about being struck by Heard, including director Tim Burton, one of his "dearest friends," and Alice Cooper, a member of Depp's band, "The Hollywood Vampires."

Obscenity-laced text messages from Depp to various people have been read out in court in which he calls Heard a "slippery whore" and other epithets.

In one message, Depp refers to his ex-partner, singer Vanessa Paradis, the mother of their two children, as a "French extortionist."

Asked about the messages, Depp acknowledged he could be over the top but said "when I write a text… it's a canvas, it's a painting."

Depp is suing Heard over a column she wrote for The Washington Post in 2018 in which she described herself as a "public figure representing domestic abuse."

Heard did not name Depp but he sued her for implying he was an abuser and is seeking $50 million in damages.

Heard countersued, asking for $100 million and claiming she suffered "rampant physical violence and abuse" at his hands.

The trial resumes on Monday.

In a text message to another friend, the actor Paul Bettany, Depp talked about taking a plane flight having had "no food for days, powders, half a bottle of whiskey, 1,000 Red Bull and vodkas, pills and two bottles of champers." - Text messages - There have been enough references to celebrities during the trial's first week to fill a tabloid. Depp said he suspected the actor James Franco was having an affair with Heard. Heard, for her part, was jealous about a tattoo Depp had that read "Winona Forever" -- a reference to former girlfriend Winona Ryder. Depp said he had the last two letters removed so the tattoo now reads "Wino Forever." Depp was asked about text messages seeking advice on sobriety from Elton John and others to singer Patti Smith in which he acknowledged drinking too much. Domestic abuse is at the core of the trial and both Depp and Heard have accused each other of being violent during their 2015 to 2017 marriage. Depp said he told several people about being struck by Heard, including director Tim Burton, one of his "dearest friends," and Alice Cooper, a member of Depp's band, "The Hollywood Vampires." Obscenity-laced text messages from Depp to various people have been read out in court in which he calls Heard a "slippery whore" and other epithets. In one message, Depp refers to his ex-partner, singer Vanessa Paradis, the mother of their two children, as a "French extortionist." Asked about the messages, Depp acknowledged he could be over the top but said "when I write a text… it's a canvas, it's a painting." Depp is suing Heard over a column she wrote for The Washington Post in 2018 in which she described herself as a "public figure representing domestic abuse." Heard did not name Depp but he sued her for implying he was an abuser and is seeking $50 million in damages. Heard countersued, asking for $100 million and claiming she suffered "rampant physical violence and abuse" at his hands. The trial resumes on Monday.

The high-profile Hollywood trial: Johnny Depp calls Amber Heard allegations 'heinous'

Lawyers for Johnny Depp`s ex-wife Amber Heard questioned the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star on Thursday in his defamation case, showing jurors graphic text messages in which Depp referred to a "monster" inside him that he had to keep in check.

Depp, 58, is suing Heard, 35, for $50 million after she accused him of abuse before and during their roughly two-year marriage. He has argued that Heard was the one who became violent in the relationship.

In a Virginia courtroom, Heard`s attorneys spent much of Thursday presenting emails and text messages that Depp sent to Heard, friends, family and associates and often filled with expletives and vulgar descriptions.

"We`ve been perfect. All I had to do was send the monster away and lock him up, we`ve been happier than ever," he texted to a former security guard in 2015 shortly after he and Heard wed.

In another text to one of his doctors, Depp said he had "locked my monster child away in a cage deep within and it has f**king worked."
Depp said Heard used the word monster to describe when she thought he was drunk or using drugs, though he said her perception was not always accurate.

In other texts, Depp called Heard a "filthy whore" and other names and said he wanted her dead. Writing to actor Paul Bettany in 2013, Depp said: "Let`s drown her before we burn her" and "I will fuck her burnt corpse afterwards to make sure she is dead."

Depp said he was "not proud of any of the language he used in anger." In other messages, Depp talked about drinking and drug use.

"I, of course, pounded and displayed ugly colors to Amber on a recent journey," he wrote to Bettany. "I am an insane person and not so fair-headed after too much of the drink."

Jurors also were shown the video, filmed by Heard, that showed the actor smashing and kicking kitchen cabinets at his home in West Hollywood.
On Wednesday, Depp said it was Heard who got physical during arguments and would slap or shove him. Heard once threw a vodka bottle at
Depp`s hand, cutting off the top of his right middle finger, he said.
