Good news for ARMY! BTS' RM drops music video for 'Domadachi' amid military duty

<p>After winning hearts with his music and style, BTS member RM is ready to go solo as he drops his first solo album on December 2. Titled ‘Indigo’, the album has been in work since past four years now.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Big Hit Music made the announcement on the album on WeVerse along with a statement from RM. The statement reads: “Finally, my 1st album will be releasing thanks to everyone. I worked hard on it for the past 4 years … It will be very different from my past projects, and a lot of fun friends are gathered in it. Please wish me well until December 2.”</p>

<p>Previously, RM has released a pair of mixtapes, 2018’s ‘Mono’ and 2015’s ‘RM’. ‘Indigo’ is different from these as it’s his first full-length album.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The album will show BTS’s RM in a very different light as it will include “stories and experiences…like a diary,” and will showcase a wide range of music with collaborations featuring various artists, although no names have been confirmed.</p>

<p>BTS members RM and J-Hope recently had a gala time at award-winning American singer Billie Eilish’s Seoul concert.&nbsp;Videos and photos of the K-pop stars&nbsp;head-banging and dancing to Eilish’s hit tracks have surfaced online and are also going viral.</p>

<p>Giving a glimpse of their crazy night at the Seoul concert, RM shared a photo with Billie and her brother-slash-producer Finneas. In the caption, he wrote, "Bag guys."</p>

"Their voice gave me huge strength when I had tough times, and I'm no longer afraid of such headwinds ...Now I want to give my voice of courage to them.".&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kim Young-sun, who runs the cafe, said she felt sorry that she as a fan had only wanted more from BTS at a time when they were struggling, wishing them a well-deserved break to recharge their batteries.</p>

<p>Kim Namjoon, better known by his stage name RM (Real Me), has turned a year older today. Namjoon turned 27 on Sunday.&nbsp;<br />

RM, who was the first member to join BTS and has been leading the sensational K-Pop group since their debut in 2013, was launched with the stage name Rap Monster.&nbsp;<br />

Following his mega-success, Kim changed his stage name to RM from Rap Monster. In a letter posted in BTS' official fan cafe, he explained that the new name was more in accordance with the music 'I'm aiming for' and also has a wider spectrum.&nbsp;<br />

RM wrote according to Soompi, "I’ve been promoting under the name Rap Monster for about five years, since the end of 2012. It was a stage name that I naturally came to be called among our company family members and my members, after a line in a song I’d made as a trainee, and I think I became very fond of it. But once I started promoting, the name ‘BTS’s Rap Monster’ was a bit long, and I’ve become keenly aware of the fact that it’s become different from [what I want] to put at the front of the music I’ve made for the past five years, and the music I want to share in the future."</p>
