“I’d like to talk about the post I wrote yesterday—I’ll say this in Korean. What I wrote about yesterday wasn't specific to Latin America or Peru; similar things have happened in Europe and the U.S.—in fact, it’s been happening all along, and it could happen in Asia, too. I am also well aware that many of you make an effort not to come to our hotel and choose to look the other way if you happen to see us on the street.

However, actions like flying drones or shining lasers are completely wrong. Taehyung spoke up about this in Europe, and now I am bringing it up as well.

Honestly, when have we ever divided people based on nationality or continent? Under the names &quot;ARMY&quot; and &quot;BTS,&quot; we are all the same. I hope we can just ignore those with strange ideas and keep loving each other. Even though I say this, I know some people will still choose to see only what they want to see; nevertheless,

I will keep believing that there are so many more wonderful and lovely ARMYs out there. I was deeply moved by the experience in Peru as well.”

BTS leader RM faces backlash for his speech at APEC CEO Summit

<p>BTS member RM dropped a music video for track “Domodachi” featuring Little Simz. The video is as you’d expect it to be – chaotic and fun at the same time.&nbsp;</p>

<p>While we miss seeing RM in the video, the song features a teenage protagonist who embarks on a feverish journey through underground tunnels in a dark cityscape. The protagonist can be seen encountering a violent crowd riot and a subway full of depressed-looking commuters before eventually escaping over a fence with the help of a friend.</p>

After winning hearts with his music and style, BTS member RM is ready to go solo as he drops his first solo album on December 2. Titled ‘Indigo’, the album has been in work since past four years now. Big Hit Music made the announcement on the album on WeVerse along with a statement from RM. The statement reads: “Finally, my 1st album will be releasing thanks to everyone. I worked hard on it for the past 4 years … It will be very different from my past projects, and a lot of fun friends are gathered in it. Please wish me well until December 2.” Previously, RM has released a pair of mixtapes, 2018’s ‘Mono’ and 2015’s ‘RM’. ‘Indigo’ is different from these as it’s his first full-length album. The album will show BTS’s RM in a very different light as it will include “stories and experiences…like a diary,” and will showcase a wide range of music with collaborations featuring various artists, although no names have been confirmed. K-pop pioneers BTS's time-out leaves fans tearful, investors irate

<p>Kim Namjoon, better known by his stage name RM (Real Me), has turned a year older today. Namjoon turned 27 on Sunday.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
RM, who was the first member to join BTS and has been leading the sensational K-Pop group since their debut in 2013, was launched with the stage name Rap Monster.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
Following his mega-success, Kim changed his stage name to RM from Rap Monster. In a letter posted in BTS' official fan cafe, he explained that the new name was more in accordance with the music 'I'm aiming for' and also has a wider spectrum.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
RM wrote according to Soompi, "I’ve been promoting under the name Rap Monster for about five years, since the end of 2012. It was a stage name that I naturally came to be called among our company family members and my members, after a line in a song I’d made as a trainee, and I think I became very fond of it. But once I started promoting, the name ‘BTS’s Rap Monster’ was a bit long, and I’ve become keenly aware of the fact that it’s become different from [what I want] to put at the front of the music I’ve made for the past five years, and the music I want to share in the future."</p>

<br />
He added, “At some point, I started introducing myself as Rapmon or RM, rather than the full name Rap Monster. So I’d like to change the name I use for promotions to ‘RM,’ which I think is more in accordance with the music I’m aiming for and also has a wider spectrum. Since I’ve already released some music and mixtapes as RM, I think that some fans will have already guessed this. I thought about this carefully for a long while, because I want to make music for a long time in the future with an unrestricted and open mind and view."<br />
<br />
“It’s possible that it’s a bit awkward to be changing my stage name, which I’ve been called since before my debut, and you may feel like it’s unfamiliar. However, I would be sincerely grateful if you would welcome me after I’ve started with a new name following a long time of consideration,” he concluded the letter.</p>
