BMW has reported the strongest sales among Germany's top three premium carmakers for the first half of the year, significantly boosting its battery-electric vehicle deliveries while Mercedes-Benz and Porsche faced declining demand. BMW's total sales rose by 2.3% to nearly 1.1 million vehicles in the first half of the year, with a notable 34% increase in battery-electric sales, reaching almost 180,000 cars. This strong performance sets BMW apart from its competitors in the electric vehicle market.
