The story was first broken by website El Confidencial, which leaked a report from the regional health authority, saying "a person who had travelled from Belgium ... met a total of 27 friends and acquaintances on May 26 at a Cordoba residential building".

During that time, no more than 15 people together were allowed in the southern area due to the measures put in place to contain the virus spread.&nbsp;

The report further said that two days after the party, the same person got infected with the coronavirus.&nbsp;

The 28-year-old prince is the nephew of the Belgian king.&nbsp;

All evacuees are being medically examined on a daily basis. A total of 593 flights have been screened. So far, 72-thousand-three-hundred-fifty-three passengers have been screened.&nbsp;

India has also revised its travel advisory, urging people to refrain from travelling to China. Anyone with a travel history to China after January 15th of this year could be quarantined. E-visa facility for Chinese passport holders has been temporarily suspended. E-visa which has already been issued to Chinese nationals has been temporarily made invalid. The facility for submitting the online application for a physical visa from china has been suspended. People with compelling reasons to visit India are advised to contact the Indian embassy in Beijing. Instructions to comply with new travel advisory have been issued to all national and international airlines operating from China. 645 persons who have been evacuated from Wuhan are now in two quarantine centres. The centres are being maintained by armed forces and Indo-Tibetan border police. All evacuees are being medically examined on a daily basis. A total of 593 flights have been screened. So far, 72-thousand-three-hundred-fifty-three passengers have been screened. Screening is an ongoing process being carried out at 21 airports, international seaports and borders. Universal screening in all flights from Singapore, Thailand, hong kong and china is being done. 2815 people are under community surveillance in all states and Union Territories.

His defence hung on questioning the credibility of the multiple witnesses called against him - but prosecutors managed to prove that the exile has been living a lie for a quarter of a century. &nbsp;&nbsp;

Belgium&nbsp;has already held four trials and condemned eight perpetrators of killings in its former colony, but Neretse is the first defendant to be specifically convicted of the gravest charge - genocide.&nbsp;

But at trial, he insisted he was an inactive party member and a friend to Tutsis.&nbsp;

"I will never stop insisting that I neither planned nor took part in the genocide," he insisted on Tuesday before the jury retired to contemplate its verdict.

However, the court found there were many "improbabilities" in his statements, according to the judgement.&nbsp;

Neretse was arrested in 2011 in France, where he had rebuilt a professional life as a refugee, and he has spent only a few months in protective pre-trial custody.

After completing high school in roughly a year, Laurent - born in Belgium but now living in the Netherlands - started university and is set to finish the three-year bachelor's programme in just nine months.

"Every professor is really enthusiastic about having Laurent and for us it's a unique situation of course because he's the youngest student we've ever had," said programme director Sjoerd Hulshof.

"The speed of his mind - we cannot imagine what is happening in his head. He's maybe three times smarter than the smartest student we've ever had."

Currently the youngest person to obtain a college degree is American Michael Kearney, who achieved the feat in June 1994 at the age of 10 years 4 months, according to the Guinness Book of World Records.

When he's not at the university, Laurent says he walks the dog, plays video games Minecraft and Fortnite or posts pictures on Instagram.

Inspired by Serbian-American inventor Nikola Tesla, he plans to research artificial organs, and ultimately develop an entire artificial body in his own laboratory. "My grandparents are heart patients," he explained of the choice.

When asked why only Bercow, Schack said, "I find him to be a real vocal artist actually. When he speaks, it's with so much confidence and clarity and rich vocabulary. And without him probably realising, he's very musical too, as his words always have great rhythm and tonality. So when I started experimenting with his quotes on top of music, I discovered I could do it in any music tempo and music key as his vocals keep on standing out. Even when you have louder music underneath, his pronunciation stays so strong and understandable."

The Belgium human cargo was discovered on a road linking the city of Antwerp to the capital Brussels on Tuesday, a police spokeswoman told AFP.&nbsp;

All 12 were "in good health," she said.

The driver of the truck contacted the police after suspecting he had stowaways in the back, and he was directed to pull over into a highway parking area.

A police investigation has been launched, notably to find out how the migrants got on board and whether they were seeking to get to Britain.

Several Vietnamese families fear their relatives were among the eight women and 31 men who died in the London case. The trailer they were in was in-transit through Belgium.

Migrants and people-smugglers often use Belgium to try to reach Britain. In many cases, migrants try to sneak aboard trucks stopped in parking areas.

Last weekend, Belgian authorities said they had found two more trucks carrying 20 migrants, all alive.
