<p>"The critical report is the one from the medical examiner, who concluded that this was a tragic accident. This is the third time the New Mexico authorities have found that Alec Baldwin had no authority or knowledge of the allegedly unsafe conditions on the set, that he was told by the person in charge of safety on the set that the gun was ‘cold,’ and believed the gun was safe," Nikas concluded.</p>

<p>According to the FBI report obtained by ABC News, the .45 Colt calibre F.lli Pietta single-action revolver "could not be made to fire if the hammer was placed in quarter-and half-cock position". The conclusions in the report were derived from accidental discharge testing that used a similar gun.</p>

<p>All of the findings in the case have been sent to New Mexico officials for further consideration.&nbsp;Prosecutors have yet to determine if any charges should be filed in this case based on the latest reports.</p>

<p>Actor Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria are all set to become parents for the seventh time.&nbsp;On Tuesday, Hilaria took to Instagram to share the happy news with her followers.&nbsp;<br />

"After many ups and downs over the past few years, we have an exciting up and a huge surprise: another Baldwinito is coming this fall. We were pretty sure our family was complete, and we're beyond happy with this surprise," she wrote.<br />

<p>In her civil suit filed Wednesday in a New Mexico court, Gutierrez-Reed accused supplier Seth Kenney of providing the production of "Rust" with ammunition that was "misrepresented as only dummy ammunition," meaning it had no gunpowder and was inert, "when it contained both dummy and live ammunition."</p>

<p>The armorer and her lawyers believe that Kenney and his company "created a dangerous condition on the movie set, unbeknownst to Hannah Gutierrez Reed."</p>

<p>&nbsp;My &nbsp;first &nbsp;thought then was, who uses such obsolete &nbsp;contraptions &nbsp; on a modern &nbsp;Indian &nbsp;film set?</p>

<p>This was &nbsp;a good twenty &nbsp;years &nbsp;after &nbsp;a blaze &nbsp;extinguished &nbsp;52(?) &nbsp; lives on &nbsp;the set &nbsp;of &nbsp;Sanjay Khan’s &nbsp;The Sword Of &nbsp;Tipu Sultan. We never really got to know &nbsp;where and &nbsp;how the &nbsp;fire started. There &nbsp;was never any transparency on the issue. Long before King Covid ruled the &nbsp;universe, &nbsp;unspeakable &nbsp;risks were &nbsp;taken on &nbsp;film sets specially &nbsp;in India. You may &nbsp;heard &nbsp;about some &nbsp; of &nbsp;the &nbsp;more famous incidents &nbsp;of near-catastrophes &nbsp;on the sets. But let me tell &nbsp;you the shocking &nbsp;truth: most of &nbsp;these incidents &nbsp;are &nbsp;hushed up, or every effort is made &nbsp;to hush them &nbsp;up.</p>

<p>If we begin to count the &nbsp;number &nbsp;of &nbsp;unreported &nbsp;lives which have been &nbsp;lost on the &nbsp;job &nbsp;during film shootings in India we would &nbsp;probably have to close down some &nbsp;major production houses &nbsp;in the &nbsp;country.</p>

I &nbsp;wonder &nbsp;if he knows &nbsp;how heartbroken &nbsp;Halyna’s husband Mathew is &nbsp;.</p>

Bhumika was saved. Was she reminded of this incident when Halyina was accidently shot dead with bullets that were supposed to be blanks? I remember another incident. <p>Following the interview, his wife Hilaria Baldwin showed her support on Instagram.</p>

<p>One day after the interview, she posted their kissing picture on her account and wrote along with it, "'I am here, I love you, and I will take care of you'. These were the only words that came to me when we learned Halyna had died. I remember saying that phrase over and over again."</p>

In an advance excerpt, Baldwin said he did not pull the trigger on the gun, opening the possibility that the .45 caliber Colt revolver had gone off accidentally.<br />
<br />

Baldwin also told Stephanopoulos that he had "no idea" how a live bullet got on the movie set and that it was not supposed to be on the property.<br />
