<p>Meanwhile, the CBSE on Thursday, postponed some exams for class 10 and 12, scheduled for February 28th and 29th in north-east Delhi.</p>

<p>The Delhi Police said it had made 106 arrests and stated that more arrests will be made on the basis of CCTV footage recovered.</p>

<p>On OIC's statement on the violence, Raveesh Kumar said it is factually inaccurate, selective and misleading.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Moody's Investors Service said a Rs 35,300 crore cash payment will not cause a significant deterioration in the credit quality of <a href="https://www.wionews.com/business-economy/airtel-vodafone-idea-shares-jump-after-on-hopes-of-govt-help-262309">Bharti Airtel </a>while adding that in the alternate scenario of a smaller cash payment of Rs 25,200 crore reflecting the principal and interest amount only, would position the company more comfortably within its current rating.</p>

<p>"Recent capital-raising activities provide additional liquidity to fund the AGR payment," it said.</p>

<p>"Following recent capital-raising, we estimated (Bharti's) cash is over $5.0 billion, which can be used to fund the final AGR payment," it said.</p>
