However, Justice Shakoor raised doubts about the department's claim and asked if there were any documents that could verify the Kapoor family's ownership or residency in the Haveli.</p>

<p>In response, the petitioner, Saeed Muhammad, argued that his father had won the bid for the mansion in 1969 and had remained its absolute owner until the provincial government initiated an acquisition process. He also stated that there was no evidence to suggest that the Kapoor family had ever owned or lived in the property.</p>

<p>After hearing both sides of the argument, the bench ruled that the matter should be taken to a civil court for further deliberation and resolution.</p>

<p>Currently, the Kapoor Haveli is in a state of disrepair, and its current owners are eager to demolish the structure and replace it with a commercial plaza due to its prime location. However, the archaeology department is steadfast in its determination to preserve the mansion, given its significant historical value.</p>

<p>Built between 1918 and 1922, the Kapoor Haveli is located in Peshawar's Qissa Khwani Bazaar, and it was the birthplace of Raj Kapoor and his uncle Trilok Kapoor. The property has also been visited by Raj Kapoor's nephews, Rishi Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor, in the 1990s.</p>

We will also get to see how the Hunger Games evolved into the brutal event depicted in the original series. Tom Blyth essays the role of Snow. Rachel Zegler plays Lucy Gray Baird, a female tribute from District 12 who forms a connection with Snow.&nbsp;</p>

A researcher named Desirée Baptiste discovered the documents while investigating links between the Church of England and enslavers in Virginia for a play she was writing. The revelation follows the Guardian’s publication of a document earlier this month that linked the slave trader Edward Colston to the British monarchy. The Royal African Company (RAC) granted almost 180,000 enslaved individuals, and senior RAC officials, describing themselves as “your loving friends”, instructed the captain of a ship to deliver “negroes” to Edward Porteus, a tobacco plantation owner in Virginia, and two other men.</p>

<p>Queen Elizabeth knew that Rupert Murdoch's newspapers had been spying on her family and their friends, and authorised her staff to "draw a line" under the issue, according to an email released on Thursday in a lawsuit by her grandson Prince Harry.</p>

<p>Harry is suing Murdoch's News Group Newspapers for hacking into mobile phones and other unlawful acts he says were committed against him on behalf of its tabloids, the Sun and the now-defunct News of the World, from the mid-1990s until 2016.</p>

<p>News Group, which has settled more than a thousand phone-hacking cases over the past decade, is trying this week to strike out Harry's claim and a similar case brought by British actor Hugh Grant, arguing they should have taken action sooner.</p>

<p>A 2017 email from the palace, submitted to the court by Harry's legal team and released on Thursday, appears to show that royal staff tried to put the phone hacking claims to rest, with the backing of the then-queen, who died last year.</p>

<p>It was time to "draw a line" under the dispute, the director of royal communications, Sally Osman, wrote to News Corp (NWSA.O) Chief Executive Robert Thomson.</p>

<p>"The fact that we can have this conversation, with the queen's full authority and knowledge of the scale and effect of hacking and surveillance on her family, their staff, associates, friends and family, is important with a view to resolution in the near future," Osman wrote.</p>

<p>Buckingham Palace has not commented and William's office said it could not comment on ongoing legal proceedings. News Group has disputed the existence of a "secret agreement" but declined to comment on whether it settled with William.</p>

<p>The case is one of four Harry is currently pursuing against British publishers, following claims in his Netflix documentary and memoir "Spare" accusing tabloids of widespread unlawful activity and his family of colluding with them.</p>

<p>The preliminary hearing is expected to conclude on Thursday, with a trial due in January if the judge lets it go ahead. Harry, who now lives in California with his family, was not in court, but is following the proceedings by video link. Grant attended court in person on Thursday.</p>

<p>On April 1, when Pereira was to leave for Sharjah, Ravi gave her a memento with drugs hidden in it, and tipped off the Sharjah police who arrested her, reported The Indian Express. Investigations by the Mumbai Crime Branch found that Paul was seeking revenge against Pereira's mother after a disagreement during the pandemic. Pereira had been in a Sharjah prison since her arrest, but was recently released and is expected to return to India soon.</p>
