As the number of cases have again started declining,&nbsp;Pan Xuhong, spokesman of the Beijing Public Security Bureau, said that the residents who come from low-risk area will be given the concession of going through the COVID-19 test.

Residents from middle-level and high-level risk areas have been banned from travelling outside the city, as of now. A review of the decision will be done at a later date.

But, Imran Khan couldn't care less as his focus is on Nepal and the internal turmoil within the country's ruling party.

So when KP Sharma Oli accused India of trying to topple his government on Sunday, Imran Khan responded on cue. He ordered his diplomats to reach out to Kathmandu and set up a call with Oli.

The embassy of Pakistan in Nepal typed up a letter and even&nbsp;suggested a time -- 12 noon on July 02.

However, whether the call happened or not is unclear as Oli had&nbsp;went to see the President of Nepal around that time in an attempt to save his government.
