<p>The find in the Pueblo Blanco Nature Reserve, presented on Thursday, was first discovered by scientists in 2018. The dinosaur's bones were so big they caused the van carrying them to a Buenos Aires laboratory to tip over, though no one was injured and the remains were left intact.</p>

<p>At 50 tonnes and 30 meters in length, the Chucarosaurus is the largest-ever dinosaur discovered in the mountainous Rio Negro province. It would have lived in the Late Cretaceous period alongside predators, fish and sea turtles.</p>

<p>The Chucarosaurus' femur bone, which spanned 1.90 meters, was split into three parts, each weighing over 100 kilograms and requiring at least three people to lift it up, scientists said.</p>

<p>Patagonia was home to the world's largest plant-eating dinosaurs such as the colossal Patagotitan mayorum, the biggest dinosaur ever discovered, though scientists still do not know why species there grew so fast and in some cases never stopped growing throughout their lives.</p>

<p>Some 140 dinosaur species have been discovered in Argentina, which ranks among the world's top three countries for research and discoveries alongside China and the United States.</p>

<p>The studies were carried out by researchers from the Bernardino Rivadavia Museum of Natural Sciences, the Azara Foundation and the national research council Conicet with support from the National Geographic Society.</p>

<p>The veterans threatened to mobilise the public against the military if justice was not served 'expeditiously' to the family members.</p>

<p>"Should justice not be served expeditiously or it be applied selectively, the Veterans as citizens of Pakistan will not hesitate to exercise their constitutional rights to mobilize all over Pakistan against such draconian law enforcement."</p>

<p>Loud explosions were heard as Kyiv came under heavy air attack from the Russian side overnight. Authorities on early Saturday informed that falling debris were reported in three districts of the capital city while a residential building's roof caught fire.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko took to Telegram to confirm the reports, adding there was no immediate information about possible victims.</p>

<p>"Fire on the roof of a nine-storey building in one of the residential complexes of Dniprovskyi district," wrote Klitschko.</p>

<p>Serhiy Popko, the head of the civil and military administration of Kyiv suggested the public stay in shelters until an 'all-clear' was granted. Popko stated falling debris was the reason why the building caught fire, adding that more debris&nbsp;fell on several streets in Darnytskyi and Solomyanskyi districts.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Ukrainian Army said drones were headed towards the Kyiv region around 12:45 am local time (2145 GMT Friday) on Saturday.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In an attempt to ensure calm, the Ukrainian military released a statement saying air defence systems were active in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions. American-made Patriot missiles have helped Kyiv spare the kind of destruction that other regions of the country are currently facing.&nbsp;</p>

<h2><strong>Similar attack took place earlier this week</strong></h2>

<p>This is not the first instance during the ongoing war when Moscow has conducted overnight strikes on the capital city while the public sleeps. On Thursday as well, the city's military administration reported falling debris that caused the fire in a non-residential building.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to reports at the time, the attack was purportedly carried out by strategic bombers from the Caspian region, perhaps using cruise missiles. Local media reports stated the cruise missiles used were X-101 and X-55 types developed during Soviet times.</p>

<p>The heavy attack on Kyiv comes on the same day President Volodymyr Zelensky headed for the G7 summit in Hiroshima, Japan.&nbsp;His visit to Japan comes in the backdrop of US granting Kyiv access to&nbsp;advanced fighter jets and training for Kyiv's pilots.</p>

<p>The likes of&nbsp;Tina Smith, Elizabeth Warren, Ed Markey and Bernie Sanders have written a letter to Biden, listing the plan, claiming that GOP lawmakers were not negotiating in good faith.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Even Biden has considered the alternative but experts fear that using it would trigger a legal battle, as well as undermine global faith in USA's creditworthiness and damage the economy.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“I have been considering the 14th Amendment. And a man I have enormous respect for, Larry Tribe, who advised me for a long time, thinks that it would be legitimate. But the problem is it would have to be litigated," said Biden last week.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Congress earlier this year extended the statutory debt limit to $31.4 trillion. However, the weak economic fundamentals and overflowing expenditures mean that the US will be breaching the limit. Consequently, Congress has been engaged in a fierce tussle to raise the limit.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, even the extraordinary measures, if implemented will only buy the government a limited amount of time.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>"It is therefore critical that Congress act in a timely manner to increase or suspend the debt limit. Failure to meet the government's obligations would cause irreparable harm to the US economy, the livelihoods of all Americans, and global financial stability," warned Yellen earlier this year.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>"You previously tendered your resignation advising that you did not intend to return next year However, as a result of your refusal to remove pronouns in your email signature in violation of institutional policy, and false and defamatory statements attributed to you in the recent Star article, please be advised of the following: You are being relived of your duties effective immediately," read the university's termination letter to Zelaya.&nbsp;</p>

<p>While Zelaya used "she/her" pronouns,&nbsp;Wilmot used "he/him" to sign off their emails. They said they had&nbsp;professional, pastoral, and inclusive motivations for including their pronouns in the email but the university board saw things differently.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I think it boils down to: They want to be trans-exclusive and they want to communicate that to potential students and the parents of potential students," Wilmot was quoted as saying by <em>New York Times</em>.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"There's the professional piece to it, and the practical piece, and there's also an inclusive piece, and I think that's the piece this institution doesn't want," he added.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The incident took place in the Birmingham city of the state. According to Truman Fitzgerald, the Birmingham Police public information officer, the department received calls of multiple people being shot in the 900 block of 47th Street North at around 10 pm&nbsp;local time.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Upon reaching the scene, the police officers managed to find one woman and three men injured in front of an apartment building. The Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service was pressed into action and the victims were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.&nbsp;</p>

<p>However, one of the men succumbed to the injuries after initial treatment. Fitzgerald added that while men were shot, the woman suffered injuries not caused by gunfire.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The preliminary investigation revealed that a birthday party was happening in the area when an 'unidentified' assailant approached the party attendees&nbsp;and opened fire. So far, the police do not have any major lead nor do they have any suspect in custody.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Punjab Police raided former Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan's Zaman Park residence to arrest 'terrorists', but only returned with 'water and biscuits'. The claims were made by Khan's chief security officer Iftikhar Ghuman after the police came knocking on Friday, having obtained warrants to conduct a detailed search at Khan's residence.</p>

<p>"I think they have understood that there is nothing here. The only thing they got here was water and biscuits," Ghuman told reporters after the search operation.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"We opened the doors of the house for them in front of you. Now you ask them what they got," he added.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Earlier this week, the Punjab government claimed that Khan and his Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) party members were harbouring "30 to 40 terrorists" in the residential property.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Khan was given an ultimatum of 24 hours to hand over the accused but no action was taken, even after the expiry of the deadline.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Meanwhile, the Lahore administration also brought up heavy machinery to remove encroachments outside the PTI chairman's house.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Khan is currently facing a litany of cases with charges ranging from corruption to terrorism. After the Toshakhana corruption case hearing was adjourned till next month, Khan, on Friday received another bout of relief after his interim pre-arrest bail was extended by Lahore's anti-terrorism court till June 2 in three terrorism-related cases.</p>

"I think they have understood that there is nothing here. The only thing they got here was water and biscuits," Ghuman told reporters after the search operation. "We opened the doors of the house for them in front of you. Now you ask them what they got," he added. Earlier this week, the Punjab government claimed that Khan and his Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) party members were harbouring "30 to 40 terrorists" in the residential property. Khan was given an ultimatum of 24 hours to hand over the accused but no action was taken, even after the expiry of the deadline. Notably, a team comprising the likes of Lahore Commissioner Muhammad Ali Randhawa, DIG Operations Sadiq Dogar, Lahore Deputy Commissioner Rafia Haider and SSP Operations Sohaib amongst others reached Khan's residence to conduct the search operation. Meanwhile, the Lahore administration also brought up heavy machinery to remove encroachments outside the PTI chairman's house. Khan is currently facing a litany of cases with charges ranging from corruption to terrorism. After the Toshakhana corruption case hearing was adjourned till next month, Khan, on Friday received another bout of relief after his interim pre-arrest bail was extended by Lahore's anti-terrorism court till June 2 in three terrorism-related cases. <p>Banned by the government, popular mobile game Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is set to make a comeback in the Indian market on a three-month trial run. Krafton, the South Korean developer of the battle royale game said it had secured approval from the Indian authorities to resume the game and its related operations.&nbsp;</p>

<p>BGMI was banned in July 2022 by New Delhi citing security concerns. However, according to news reports, Krafton managed to receive the approval after months of engagement with the government, Though some restrictions remain on the app, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, India’s deputy IT minister said the game had&nbsp;been granted a “trial approval” for three months.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“We will keep a close watch on other issues of user harm, addiction etc in next 3 months before a final decision is taken,” Chandrasekhar was quoted as saying by TechCrunch.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to reports, Jain's hacking firm had information regarding several famous personalities from across the globe. Former Pakistan president Pervez Musharraf, former Pakistan minister Fawad Chaudhry, former UK chancellor Philip Hammond and Swiss President Ignazio Cassis were among the few whose confidential information was accessed by the gang.&nbsp;</p>

<p>He was running the operations from a fourth-floor apartment in the Northern Indian city of Gurugram, known for housing big tech companies.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The MPs concluded that like gambling, cryptocurrency can be addictive and that the government must avoid wasting taxpayers' money to promote tech innovations such as digital tokens. The panel after its fresh inquiry added that the volatile price of unbacked assets such as Bitcoin could lead consumers to lose life-changing sums of cash</p>

<p>“Effective regulation is clearly needed to protect consumers from harm, as well as to support productive innovation in the UK’s financial services industry,” said Conservative MP and Treasury committee chair, Harriett Baldwin.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“However, with no intrinsic value, huge price volatility and no discernible social good, consumer trading of cryptocurrencies like bitcoin more closely resembles gambling than a financial service, and should be regulated as such."</p>

<p>Though the committee came down hard upon the cryptocurrency sector, it showed faith in blockchain technology which could benefit the financial services industry whilst having other benefits.&nbsp;</p>

<p>While British media reports claimed that cryptocurrency trading would soon be brought under the Financial Conduct Authority - the committee was not too enthused by the prospect.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It said treating crypto trading or investing like financial service would create a 'halo effect' - meaning investors would be lulled into a false sense of security that the industry was “safer than it is” or that they were protected from financial losses, when they are not.</p>

<p>After Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange halted Bitcoin withdrawals on the platform for a second time in under 12 hours, earlier this month, eyebrows were once again raised over cryptocurrency trading.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Binance cited congestion on the blockchain due to the high volume of pending transactions as the reason for hitting the pause button. According to data made available by CrpytoQuant, the congestion happened as the platform saw its highest-ever net daily withdrawal of Bitcoin - a net 175,646 tokens on May 7.</p>

<p>"I think the industry collectively has a role to protect consumers, to protect everybody. So it's not just regulators. Regulators have a role but it's not 100% their responsibility," he added.&nbsp;</p>
