“M90 was a dangerous animal... in light of his excessive confidence and frequenting of urban and peri-urban areas,” said the officials.&nbsp;

M90 was killed by members of the forestry corps in the Sole Valley in the eastern Alps following the orders of the president of the autonomous province Maurizio Fugatti.&nbsp;

The Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research (ISPRA) “confirmed the need to remove the M90 bear as soon as possible,” said the statement.&nbsp;

Notably, the province in question has been in the midst of an ongoing debate with environmental groups on what to do about the rise in the population of the once nearly extinct Alpine brown bear.

However, the debate intensified last year when a 26-year-old jogger identified as Andrea Papi was mauled to death along a mountain path close to his village of Caldes by a bear called JJ4.&nbsp;

In M90’s case the environmental groups have said that the speed with which the order and execution took place, they did not even get the time to seek a stay.&nbsp;

“Most Americans have no idea why Putin invaded Ukraine or what his goals are now. Americans have a right to know all they can about a war they’re implicated in and we have the right to tell them about it," he added.&nbsp;

“They did this in order to stop a Putin interview that we were planning. Last month, we’re pretty certain they did exactly the same thing once again. But this time, we came to Moscow anyway.”

Quizzed about Carlson's accusations,&nbsp;White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said she would&nbsp;“absolutely not” comment on the interview or his claims.

“I actually want to go back to your question.&nbsp;It’s a ridiculous premise and a ridiculous statement that was made about this administration.&nbsp;So I just want to be very very clear — it’s just ridiculous," Jean-Pierre later said.&nbsp;

Carlson, a known voice of white America's outrage, has repeatedly criticised the US government for backing&nbsp;Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the war. He has also called out the mainstream media for giving ample coverage to Zelensky but refusing to give any air time to Putin.&nbsp;

"As a safety measure, the ride control system was triggered to stop the attraction. One of the vehicles, carrying 12 passengers was stopped in a position requiring fire department assistance," a company spokesperson said.

The ride was suspended immediately and will resume operations once checks are complete, the company said.

The Hyperspace Mountain ride is described on Disney's website as rocketing into a Star Wars battle. Key features include big drops and being plunged into darkness.

It was due to close for routine maintenance and inspection, from Feb. 26 to March 1, according to a notice on the website.

The two judges included those appointed by US President Joe Biden, J. Michelle Childs, and Florence Pan, and one was Karen LeCraft Henderson appointed by former US President George HW Bush.

In a hard-hitting statement in the ruling, the court wrote, “It would be a striking paradox if the President, who alone is vested with the constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, were the sole officer capable of defying those laws with impunity."&nbsp;

After the ruling, Trump hit back saying that it is 'nation-destroying'. In a Truth Social post, the former US president said, “a President of the United States must have full Immunity in order to properly function and do what has to be done for the good of our Country".

“A President will be afraid to act for fear of the opposite Party’s Vicious Retribution after leaving Office,” he wrote, adding, “It will become a political weapon.”

In an earlier statement, Trump's attorney John Sauer argued that the prospect of prosecution could deter future presidents from making decisions. He&nbsp;suggested they may feel compelled to constantly second-guess themselves, questioning, “Am I going to jail for this?”&nbsp;when confronted with contentious choices.

Washington’s top diplomat, who is on his 5th visit to the Middle East since Hamas’ October 7 attack triggered the Israel war, said that he will discuss the hostage deal with Israel on Wednesday (Feb 7).&nbsp;
