Controversial exiled Chinese businessman Guo Wengui's Chief of Staff has pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges in New York in a $1 billion fraud case. The 45-year-old Yvette Wang pleaded guilty in Manhattan Federal Court to conspiring to commit a wire fraud and money laundering.
