US: Texas man uses abortion law to sue 3 women who aided his wife in abortion

A Texas man Marcus Silva, used the new abortion law to sue to three women for helping his now ex-wife in terminating her pregnancy. This is the first case to be filed under the Texas law since Supreme Court overturned a landmark case in June 2022.
