US, Philippines discuss Chinese 'militia' swarming in South China Sea

Senior officials from the United States and the Philippines discussed their concerns over ongoing Chinese activities in the disputed South China Sea. The Philippines spotted as many as 200 Chinese militia ships at the Whitson reef which lies within the country's economic zone.
