U.S top court scraps birthright citizenship order

In a landmark 6–3 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court has resoundingly rejected President Donald Trump’s attempt to end birthright citizenship. The Court’s ruling in Trump v. Barbara confirms that the 14th Amendment’s guarantee of citizenship for all persons born in the United States remains ironclad.
