The future of tiktok in the United States may finally be decided this week, and at the highest level.
President Donald Trump has confirmed he will speak directly with Chinese President Xi Jinping today to finalise a deal that could shift ownership of tiktok from its Chinese parent bytedance to American investors.
This comes after months of delays, security concerns, and political tension.
