Syria has been slapped with a 41% tariff. Libya, 30%. Sri Lanka, 20%. And tiny Lesotho came within inches of facing the steepest tariff ever proposed by a U.S. administration. This isn’t just about trade policy. It’s about global power and personal retribution.
