At least 10 people have died in a building collapse in the city of Aleppo in Syria. Reports say that five-story collapsed due to a water leak in the building's foundation. The Syrian Observatory for human rights says that the 10 victims were displaced from the Northern District of Afrin Civil Defense Forces and firefighters continue to search for missing people in the rubble.
