Syria allows aid delivery to rebel-hit areas

The Syrian government approves the delivery of humanitarian aid to areas outside its control in the quake-hit rebel-held northwest of the country. Cabinet, however, says that the international committee of the red cross and the Syrian red crescent with the help of the united nations should supervise the aid distribution.
