Quiet beaches help endangered turtles reappear on shores of western Senegal

Over the years, increased fishing, tourism and construction have left fewer nesting grounds for Senegal's turtles. But as a result of peace brought on from pandemic shutdown, the shores of western Senegal have witnessed a rise in the number of endangered turtle nests.
