Putin agrees to halt strikes on energy infra for 30 days

Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to halt strikes on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure for 30 days as part of initial ceasefire efforts. In return, he has called for an end to international military aid to Ukraine.
