Pakistan Elections 2024: Election panel faces flak ahead of polls
The Pakistan election body rejected former Prime Minister Imran Khan's nomination to run in the 2024 parliamentary elections. Khan's Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party has accused authorities of stopping its candidates from participating in the February elections. Pakistan's rights body has said there is little chance of fair polls.
