Afghanistan has accused Pakistan of launching deadly overnight air strikes inside its territory. Strikes that Kabul says killed ten civilians, most of them children. The allegation comes just a day after the first high-level meeting between the two neighbours in months, raising fresh questions about whether diplomacy is already collapsing and whether the already-fragile frontier is once again on edge.
