Nigerian army drone strike accident kills at least 85 civilians
The armed forces of Nigeria have acknowledged that a drone strike on Sunday unintentionally killed at least 85 people who were attending a Muslim festival in the northwest. Residents of Tudun Biri, in the state of Kaduna, had congregated for the Maulud celebration when, at approximately nine o'clock at night, they heard an enormous explosion followed by what sounded like an airliner.
