Madhya Pradesh Govt Cracks the Whip Over HIV Cases in Satna District

The Madhya Pradesh government has taken strict action in response to a surge in HIV cases in Satna district, where at least six thalassemia-affected children were found to have contracted HIV through blood transfusions. The government has suspended a senior doctor and two lab technicians, while a show-cause notice has been issued to the Chief Medical and Health Officer.
