US Vice President Harris has arrived in Manila to reset US ties with the Philippines. She has also planned to visit the disputed islands of Palawan. She has met with protests. Dozens of activists held a rally near the presidential Palace in Manila saying they wanted the Philippines to be peaceful and remain independent of America's politics and influence.
