Pressure is mounting on Pakistan’s government to release jailed former Prime Minister Imran Khan, after cricket legend Javed Miandad publicly backed him and raised concerns about his health. Miandad, a key member of Pakistan’s 1992 World Cup-winning team, has appealed to the government to resolve its differences with Khan.
