Israel’s Christmas Day Strike Kills Quds Force Operative in Lebanon

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have claimed responsibility for a strike in Lebanon on Christmas Day that killed a member of Iran’s elite Quds Force. The individual, identified as Hussein Mahmoud Marshad al-Jawhari, was described by Israeli officials as a key operative in Unit 840 of the Quds Force, responsible for orchestrating attacks against Israel from both Lebanon and Syria.
