US President Joe Biden said on Wednesday on the veracity of the Palestinian death toll statistics in the Gaza Strip, which is under Hamas control. Over 6,500 people have been killed in Israeli attacks, according to the Gaza Health Ministry, with about 2,700 of them being minors. Biden was questioned about whether Israel was disregarding US requests to reduce civilian casualties in its assault of the coastal enclave during a White House news conference.
