Islamic State claims responsibility for Kabul suicide blast

A blast occurred in front of the Taliban-led Ministry of Foreign Affairs' building in Kabul. More than 20 people are reported to be dead in the attack. In the latest development, Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
