Heavy rains lashing various parts of India's northern hilly state of Himachal Pradesh for the last 24 hours paralyzed normal life in Mandi, Kullu, Shimla, Solan, Kinnaur, Bilaspur, Kangra, Chamba, Hamirpur, and Bilaspur districts of the state on Monday.
