France: Lez river overflows after torrential rain triggers flash floods
The Lez River in southern France overflowed its banks after intense rainfall triggered a rapid rise in water levels. The river surged dramatically across parts of the Hérault department. Several areas faced flooding as the Lez reached critical levels.
