Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing the third summit of the Forum for Indo Pacific Islands Cooperation in Papua New Guinea, said India believes in multilateralism and believes in an Indo-Pacific that is free, open and inclusive. The voice of the Global South in the UN Security Council should be heard loud and clear, added Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
