Ecuador mired by protests for last two weeks
For two weeks now, protests have rocked Ecuador of a high cost of living and soaring fuel prices. On Monday, the indigenous protesters met the government in order to bring some resolution to the crisis. The meeting came after protesters rejected a fuel price cut as insufficient and vowed to continue demonstrations.
