Dr Congo & Rwanda agree to reduce tensions
The Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda have agreed to de-escalate tensions. This comes after weeks of rising unrest over rebel fighting in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. Angolan president who mediated the talks between the two countries has now announced to ceasefire however he provided no further details on the same.
