Nepal has suspended non-essential search and rescue operations, 40 days after the devastating Bhotekoshi-Trishuli floods killed 1,455 people and left 5,285 missing. The government, led by Prime Minister Balendra Shah, will now shift focus to reconstruction and rehabilitation, with 189 Indians and dozens of people of Indian origin still unaccounted for.
