Chilean sex abuse victim testifies before Vatican investigator

Juan Carlos Cruz was as a child allegedly sexually abused by the Reverend Fernando Karadima but the crime was reportedly covered up by the church. Pope Francis has now asked for the alleged cover-up to be investigated.
