María Corina Machado, the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize laureate, will not attend the award ceremony in Oslo due to her ongoing hiding from Venezuelan authorities. The Norwegian Nobel Institute confirmed that her daughter, Ana Corina Sosa Machado, will accept the award in her place.
