Flood debris has covered highways in Belgium. Authorities have decided to recycle 60% of debris. They are finding difficulties in cleaning the debris. Cleaning the work of debris is taking a lot of time. There are approximately 90,000 Tonnes of Debris on the Highway, which consist of old damaged furniture and waste material.
