At least 46 people died and over 60 wounded after a fire engulfed a residential building in southern Taiwan. Fire that broke out at a 13 storey residential building in the southern Kaohsiung city was doused later. Rescue personnel were seen carrying away residents, many with oxygen masks. The cause of fire is not yet known.
