Antique Buddha statue likely from the 12th Century China to be auctioned in Paris

It's fairly common for old sculptures to cost a lot of money. A rare Buddha statue will be auctioned in Paris on June 13 and is projected to bring in about $1 million. Buddha statues from ancient China are among the most sought-after antiques among collectors. The statue is thought to have originated in China in the 12th century.
