Africa: Uganda enacts tough anti-LGBTQ law, move draws western condemnation

Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni has signed one of the world's toughest anti-LGBTQ laws that includes the death penalty for aggravated homosexuality. The move has drawn Western condemnation and risks sanctions from eight donors.
