4 in 5 people want more action against climate change: UN survey

Four in every five people want their country to strengthen its commitments to addressing climate change. This, according to a survey conducted by the United Nations Development Program, in collaboration with Oxford University and Geopoll. Randomised telephone calls were made to over 75,000 people in 77 countries, representing 87% of the global population.
