"President Biden doesn't currently have any plans to travel to Kyiv. But I will tell you he sits in the Oval Office and in the Situation Room on a daily basis, organising and coordinating the world when it comes to the delivery of weapons," Sullivan told NBC.&nbsp;

A Downing Street spokesman said: "The prime minister has travelled to Ukraine to meet President Zelensky in person, in a show of solidarity with the Ukrainian people."&nbsp;

The horrors of war have engulfed Ukraine and there seems to be no respite for the people staying in the country amidst the Russian army invasion.

However, there was some enjoyment for a number of children who fled from the heavily attacked city of Kherson to the port city of Odesa.<o:p></o:p>

The children enjoyed a show featuring dolphins at the Nemo Hotel in Odesa on Saturday.<o:p></o:p>

"I liked everything very much. We have been dreaming about getting to a dolphin show for a long time. Such great emotions," said Irina Borisevich, 35, who fled Kherson with her two young children aged five and three according to a report on Reuters.

The refugees will stay for a few days in Odesa and will start their journey once more to find refuge outside the country. There were a few attacks from Russia on Odesa as well and the facility housing the dolphins is just five Kilometers away from an oil refinery which came under heavy bombing.

The journey normally takes three hours but the roadblocks and checkpoints by the Russian forces made it very difficult for them.<o:p></o:p>

"It was scary to drive through Russian checkpoints because they were looking at documents, checking phones, things. They could take away anything they wanted from someone," she said.<o:p></o:p>

Russia claimed on Monday that they were able to use their Kalibr missiles to destroy four S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems which were given to Ukraine by an unidentified European nation.<o:p></o:p>

The announcement was made by Russian defence ministry spokesperson Major General Igo Konashenkov and he said that the operations was carried out on the outskirts of Dnipro in Ukraine where the S-300 launchers were hidden and the process, they were able to hit 25 Ukrainian soldiers. &nbsp;<o:p></o:p>

"High-precision sea-launched Kalibr missiles destroyed the equipment of a S-300 anti-aircraft missile division which had been delivered to the Kyiv regime by a European country," the ministry said.

Slovakia, which is a NATO member, donated a similar system to Ukraine in the past and they have announced that the S-300 supplied by them was not damaged in the Russian attack.<o:p></o:p>

"Our S-300 was not destroyed," Slovakian government spokesperson Lubica Janikova said according to a report in Aljazeera.<o:p></o:p>

According to the official statement from the Russian defence ministry, they launched a coordinated attack on missile defence systems in three locations and they were success in destroying two Ukrainian Su-25 aircrafts near Izyum.

Following the vote, Russia's deputy UN Ambassador Gennady Kuzmin called the decision "illegitimate and politically motivated," and declared that Russia would withdraw from the Human Rights Council altogether.

"The Russian Federation made a decision about, um, about ending or suspending its right, its membership in the Human Rights Council before the end of its term on the 7th of April of this year," Kuzmin said. "In today's conditions, the council is in fact monopolized by one group of states who use it for their short term aims.”

Afterwards, while talking to reporters&nbsp;Ukraine's UN&nbsp;Ambassador Sergiy Kyslytsya commented "you do not submit your resignation after you are fired".

India had abstained in this resolution.&nbsp;After the vote, Permanent Representative TS Tirumurti said, "If India has chosen any side, it is the side of peace and it is for an immediate end to violence."
