The village houses around 7,100 inhabitants and is located east of Seville. &nbsp;

The streets in the village have also been renamed the City of Odesa, Kyiv and Mariupol. &nbsp;&nbsp;

A military hardware factory in Ukrainian capital Kyiv was targetted in a strike early on Saturday (April 16). The development has come a day after Russia bombed missile unit outside Kyiv.

On Saturday, Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko announced on social media that there had been explosions in Kyiv's Darnyrsky district.

The strike on the Ukrainian capital is among the first since invading Russian forces began withdrawing from regions around Kyiv last month, instead turning their focus on gaining control of the eastern Donbas region.

Russian defense ministry on Saturday confirmed that Russian forces had indeed struck the hardware factory.&nbsp;

"High-precision long-range air-launched weapons destroyed production buildings of an armaments plant in Kyiv," the ministry said in a statement on Telegram.&nbsp;

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, World Health Organization's (WHO) director-general on Wednesday said that the world treats “blacks and white lives” unequally.

The WHO chief said this in the context of Ukraine and the attention its ‘white’ population is receiving compared to other areas facing emergencies.

As per him the emergencies happening elsewhere are not being taken seriously, he added that he hopes that the international community "comes back to its senses".

Since the declaration of truce till date 2000 trucks should’ve reached the suffering country, however, merely 20 have actually reached, said Tedros, adding that he was worried that these 20 trucks might also merely be a "diplomatic manoeuvre" by the Addis Ababa government.

'I hope the world comes back to its senses': World treats 'black and white lives' unequally, says WHO chief

Russian defence ministry on Friday warned that Russia will intensify attacks on Kyiv in response to strikes on Russian soil. The statement&nbsp;has come after Russian allegation that Ukraine targetted Russian border towns.

The defence ministry added that Russia has hit a 'military' plant outside Kyiv using Kalibr sea-based long-range missiles. As per the ministry, the attack was carried out late on Thursday.

In addition to this, the ministry also said that it has killed up to 30 Polish mercenaries fighting for Ukrainian forces in the war-torn country's northeastern region of Kharkiv.

The Russian defence ministry said its strategic rocket forces "eliminated up to 30 Polish mercenaries" in a strike on the village of Izyumskoe, not far from the city of Kharkiv.

Russian defence ministry's assertions about Kyiv came on the same day it admitted loss of Moskva, the flagship of country's Black Sea Fleet. As per reports in Russian media, the defence ministry confirmed that the ship had indeed sunk.

Ukraine has claimed that the warship sank after a rocket attack. But the Russian camp has maintained that fire on Moskva erupted after ammunition onboard caught fire.

"While being towed ... towards the destination port, the vessel lost its balance due to damage sustained in the hull as fire broke out after ammunition exploded. Given the choppy seas, the vessel sank," the state news agency TASS quoted the Russian defence ministry as saying. It said the crew was evacuated.

The Pentagon said on Thursday that the sinking of Moskva was a "big blow" to Russian naval strength in the Black Sea.

"This is a big blow to the Black Sea fleet, this is... a key part of their efforts to execute some sort of naval dominance in the Black Sea," Pentagon spokesman John Kirby told CNN.

"This is going to have an effect on their capabilities."
