Yes, you read that right. Priyanka Chopra and her American fiance Nick Jonas will reportedly tie the knot on December 2 at the plush Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India. It is a real palace that has been converted into a 5-star resort where several Hollywood A-listers and British royals have enjoyed a comfortable stay over the years. While it was not clear before which palace the Indian superstar has shortlisted, it has now been revealed that Umaid Bhawan has caught her fancy. There are reports that the bride-to-be will even make a visit to the place with her future-in-laws (Nick Jonas’ parents) before the wedding. Inside details of Priyanka Chopra's ultra-luxurious and dreamy wedding venue in India

As 'Dostana' clocked in 10 years, its lead actor Abhishek Bachchan took to Instagram to thank the cast and crew of the film.

Bachchan shared a few behind the scene images from the film's set and which starred Priyanka Chopra and John Abraham, Bobby Deol and Kiran Kher apart from Bachchan. The film, released in 2008, was perhaps the first commercial film in Bollywood to talk about homosexuality alibi in a comic manner.

Bachchan gave a long caption to the images and revealed that how he first heard of the film in 2005 while shooting for 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna'.

Here's what Bachchan wrote, "2005 was the first time @karanjohar and @tarun_mansukhani told me the idea of #Dostana. I still remember driving with Tarun to location in New Jersey for the shooting of Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna from Manhattan ( Tarun was the 1st AD on the film) when he made me hear a scratch recording of the song Kuch Kam. That was the beginning of our journey to make Dostana.
Cut to - Miami 2008.
We started the shooting and within a few months completed and released the film. The rest, as they say, is history!
Nothing about Dostana - for me- has got anything to do with history. All of it is still so fresh and vivid in my mind. But more importantly in my heart!
A group of friends came together and made a fun film and had a ballmakin it. And it showed. @priyankachopra, my jiggerypoo @thejohnabraham, @kirronkhermp, @boman_irani, @iambobbydeol, Sushmita ji, @theshilpashetty, @vishaldadlani1, @shekharravjiani, Bose, Amrita, Anvita, @manishmalhotra05, Aki, Natasha, all the AD'S and the coolest production crew ever...
Thank you. We made such wonderful memories which we will keep forever.
All of this was possible because one ( very small) boy worked tirelessly and diligently and held our hands and directed us all the way. @tarun_mansukhani. You are and always will be the soul of the film and I can never Thank you enough. The one person YOU (Tarun) should be thanking profusely is @karanjohar!!
KJ, thank you for believing in all of us to make this film. Thank you for allowing us to make it the way we wanted to. But most of all... Thank you for the constant love and support you always give me. This film which completes 10 yrs today would not have been possible without your vision and belief!"

'Dostana' completes 10 years, Abhishek Bachchan calls director Tarun Mansukhani the 'soul of the film'

With back to back high-profile weddings coming up this month and next, it’s a tad difficult keeping up with all that’s happening.

While Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will tie the knot tomorrow and day after in Italy, there’s a lot happening in the lives of another couple -- Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. We hear that Priyanka and Nick have decided on their choice of colour for their wedding. Also read: Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas' wedding pictures sold for a whopping Rs 18 crores?

If reports are to be believed, Priyanka and Nick who are said to tie the knot on December 2, 2018, in Jodhpur will get married in a combination of red and ivory. As per a report in UK-based The Sun, Priyanka’s D-day trousseau will be of red colour while the groom will be seen in an ivory outfit.

According to the tabloid: “Nick will wear ivory and Priyanka will be in red, while the bridesmaids will wear Ralph Lauren outfits for the Christian wedding because the couple wore the brand at their first public appearance together at the Met Gala last year. The festivities begin in the last week of November. They’re relishing every minute.”

Apart from that, Priyanka’s bestie Mubina Rattonsey will be the maid of honour. She is an American producer. Mubina was the same person who organised Priyanka’s bridal shower along with Anjula Acharia, who is PeeCee’s manager.
Parineeti Chopra, Priyanka’s cousin sister will also be performing at the ceremony. She revealed recently, “I would do Desi Girl, Tune Mari Entriyaan, Ram Chahe Leela-Leela Chahe Ram, basically all my favourite tracks, and In My City. Before her bachelorette, the `Baywatch` actor also had a bridal shower at Tiffany`s Blue Box Cafe in New York City. The duo recently obtained a marriage license in the United States (US). Priyanka and Nick stopped by the Beverly Hills courthouse last week to fill out the necessary paperwork, reported People magazine. In August, Priyanka and Nick confirmed their engagement during a trip to Mumbai, where their families gathered for a Roka ceremony and a big engagement celebration. Reportedly, the two will tie the knot in Jodhpur in December. The couple hasn't made an official announcement on the date yet.

After Priyanka Chopra's gala bachelorette, groom Nick Jonas takes the boys out for a bachelor weekend

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas may soon get married and if reports are to be believed, they will tie the knot on December 2 in a Jodhpur palace in India. While the wedding will be a close affair with only family and selected friends invited, we were all hoping for the Duchess of Sussex, aka Meghan Markle to come in for her bestie’s wedding.

If for nothing, Meghan would have wanted to return the favour as Priyanka attended the royal wedding that took place on May 19 this year. Also read: Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas' wedding pictures sold for a whopping Rs 18 crores?
All those hoping for the British Royals to come to India for the wedding, we have bad news as Meghan Markle might not attend the wedding after all.
As announced by Kensington Palace a couple of months ago, Meghan is expecting her first child with Prince Harry. It is possible that she might skip coming to India considering her royal status and lack of security arrangements at the palace in Jodhpur. Also, Meghan has fairly reduced her public appearance ever since she announced the pregnancy.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will welcome their first royal child in spring of 2019, as announced by Kensington Palace. The royal family even announced that Meghan Markle will cut back from all the public engagements for a while keeping her and her baby’s health in mind.
As per reports, Meghan was quite happy on hearing about Priyanka’s engagement to Nick. A source close to her told a publication: "Meghan can't wait to get an invite to their wedding and hopes to be a bridesmaid too! Meghan is not surprised at all that Nick and Priyanka are getting married quickly. She thinks Priyanka is an amazing woman and Nick would be smart to lock her down. Meghan is a fan of Nick's music too and thinks they are hot together and will be even better as a married couple.”

Priyanka Chopra is living her life to the fullest. After throwing a bridal shower in Tiffany & Co's Blue Box Cafe and having over her friends from Hollywood to cherish these good times with her, the star is now off on her bachelorette trip to Amsterdam. Her trip is an all-girls invited vacay or so it seems with her close friends including future sister-in-law Sophie Turner (‘Game of Thrones’ fame). Taking to Instagram, Priyanka shared a few pictures from her getaway as she looks stunning in different attires, obviously having a lot of fun. In the firsts of many, she posed in white sweater paired with matching knee-length socks and snake-printed boots with a soft jacket thrown over it. She took her girls on a cruise as her friends posted envious images and videos of the inside.
10 years after Madhur Bhandarkar made 'Fashion' which gave a fresh lease of life to Priyanka Chopra and Kangana Ranaut's career, the director is all set to make a sequel of the film.

In an interview to a daily, Bhandarkar confirmed that he is working on the story at present. " “I have the concept of Fashion 2 ready with me. There are quite a few stories that I have in mind, all inspired from the real world. I always make films based on real life stories that are relevant to society. So, this time too, I won’t be shifting focus. But it’s at a very nascent stage and we will start developing the story and script sometime soon," said the director.

Bhandarkar's film was a hard-hitting tale on the dark side of the glamour industry and had fetched National Awards for its two leading ladies.

While he has made hard-hitting films like 'Chandni Bar', 'Page 3', ' Heroine' in the past, Bhandarkar is attempting a sequel for the first time. "Making sequels never interested me. I want my films to end on a positive and triumphant note. I have never felt the need to make a sequel (of any of my films),” he said.

View this post on Instagram ‪#10yearsofFashion.
A few months back, photos of Priyanka Chopra dancing with Liam Hemsworth and Rebel Wilson on the streets of New York for the film ‘Isn’t It Romantic’. Fans back in India were excited to see Priyanka and Liam in the same frame. Turns out the film does not pair the two of them.

The trailer of the comedy ‘Isn’t It Romantic’ is out and it centers around actress Rebel Wilson. The hilarious parody on rom-coms has Wilson playing a lifelong cynic who scoffs at rom-coms for being too pretty and perfect until her life transforms into one.

A chance encounter with a mugger and an accident later Wilson’s character Natalie realises that her life is straight out of a rom-com itself. The film hilariously then parodies all such films and pairs up Wilson opposite Liam Hemsworth.

While the trailer is quite funny, it barely shows our ‘Desi girl’. Priyanka appears briefly at the end of the trailer. According to the Youtube description, Priyanka plays a yoga ambassador Isabella.

Aren't we all a little too excited for Priyanka Chopra's wedding with Nick Jonas? As the date comes closer (reportedly they will tie the knot on December 2 in India), Priyanka-Nick's fans have been working overnight to figure out all the details of their wedding, considering they haven't revealed anything on their marriage yet.

One thing the couple's fans are doubly sure of is that the marriage is definitely on the cards soon as the two have expressed equal interest in taking their relationship forward after the engagement.

According to several media reports, the wedding will be an extravaganza and take place in the magical setting of Umaid Bhawan Palace in Udaipur, royal through and through on December 2 this year.

What we have also got to know is that Priyanka, being a workaholic that she is, will take a two-weeks break post-marriage for a project. She will postpone her honeymoon and get onto an international project that she has recently grabbed. The announcement for this project will take place in January reportedly. For this, Priyanka will station herself in Los Angeles.

Post the agreements on that project, Priyanka will get back to shooting for Shonali Bose's 'The Sky Is Pink' with Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim.

Priyanka Chopra wore jewellery worth Rs 9.5 crore on bridal shower

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are all set to tie the knot in December but festivities have already begun in full swing. On Sunday night, Priyanka's friends Anjula Acharaia (also her manager) and Mubina Rattonsey threw a bridal shower for the bride-to-be and it was nothing short of a fairytale affair.

The party took place at Tiffany & Co's flagship Blue Box Cafe in Manhattan- a place particularly significant for Priyanka and Nick as the singer had closed down an entire Tiffany store in July to choose the perefct ring for his lady love.

Hosting her bridal shower at Tiffany’s came as a natural decision for Priyanka as she had always wanted her engagement ring to be designed by the iconic brand.

“I think we had a conversation about it when we were dating and I’ve always known it had to be Tiffany. I just knew it since I was a kid. First, it was Breakfast at Tiffany’s that did it for every girl in the world and then, of course, Sweet Home Alabama came and put a stamp on it that it has to be Tiffany! Since I was a little girl, it was just something that was stuck in my head and I may have said that and I guess he remembered.” Chopra explained during the Tiffany & Co. 2018 Blue Book Collection in New York earlier this month.

Dressed in a white bustier gown, PC paired it with a diamond necklace and some shimmer on her eyes. She kept the look minimalistic yet classy as she looked ready to become a bride. Sharing images from the gala night, Priyanka wrote on Instagram,"Love, laughter and a room full of amazing ladies...and some special gentlemen (what a special surprise)!
